A announcement from Ms. Santos-Fajardo. I hold Maine's hand as tight as I can. She smiled. "I know what you plan." She said. I smiled like a crazy person walking down the streets, drunk. She hit me with her elbow, laughing. I complained. Maegan ran to me, "So, who's your partner, Maine or me?" she asked. Hey, that was a easy question! "Of course, Maine. She is more mahal than you."
I said. Maine looks proud of it, "You see, Meee!!" She said. On the way through the "Meee!!" Thing, I tried to stop my laughter, cause the meee is long "E". Imagine. Speaking of Maine's cow accent thing, my phone vibrated.
Maine's POV
Ok, Alden's phone vibrated. I kept eating.
Alden's POV

Sam: Dudes, I saw Maegan in the clinic. She said she needs you. Go here! Important than that!

Me:You think Maegan is more important than Maine. You are wrong.

Sam: But she said so.

Me: Just please, shut up. I am gonna eat PEACEFULLY. Now, you take care of her.

Sam: you say so, just chill.

Ok, I did'nt reply him because I am being UPSET...AS IN...wait, Alden calm down.
Maine's POV
Alden looks upset. I was worried. "Umm..Den, den? Den, please do not den-y." I try to make him laugh. He looked at me. Looked, smiled, showed her dimple. Best part of my day is dimples. (Dimples, showing!) But seriously, Alden is so cute whatever he's reaction was. "I am sick. Bring me to the clinic." I was joking him. He widen his eyes. What? Why? "Really? Umm..I can ask George to b-bring you and-" He said. I was worried. I was confused so I told the truth. "Alden, it was a joke." I said. I laughed. He was angry. He rolled his eyes. "It was'nt even funny." He said. Where did my sweet Alden go? Will he be fine if I leave him? "Umm..sorry. I was just-" I was crying and I left faster. "Maine, wait!" He said. I was crying and Jeanne went my way. "Oh, Maine, why?" Jeanne asked me. "Alden was upset, I dont know what to do." I said. Tears shed all over my face. I just cant believe Alden was as bad as I expected before... She comforted me and I went to the principal's office
"Excuse me, where is my dad?" I asked. My dad's assistant pointed Ms. Mendiola's Office. "Thank you!" I said. I went there and I saw Dad and Ms. Mendiola talking about unecessary things (e.g. Insidious, movies). My dad saw me and he greeted me, "Hello anak." I was pleasured to meet him. "May I talk about something important?" I asked Dad. "Yeah, sure." He answered. "Sorry Ms. Mendiola." I apologized for blocking the conversation.
Alden's POV
Ok, I made her cry so much. Now, what can I do? Sorry, Maine. Ugh! Maegan, it's your fault! If you are NOT here in this school, we have a wonderful relationship! But it is also my fault because I'm the one who made her cry.
Maine's POV
The deal I promised Alden, I broke it. I was guilty being here to my dad's office and my dad having a eye contact with me. "So, something important or just a thing that you wanna request?" He asked. "Important." I said.
"What?" Dad asked.
"Group of people are playimg bets in this school." I said. Ugh..Maine, very good. You have said it. Now, you broke it. "Give me a person you know who is playing bets." He commanded. Oh God....OMG! I don't know anyone. Wait...."Maegan Mellowood." I lied. She is so annoying. Need some things. But not being mean. My dad is not even a person like other principals, my dad gives second chances. Tears were falling like a waterfall, wait what? I am crying in my Dad's office. "Anak, I know that is love. I know who it is. Richard Faulkerson, si Alden. Don't worry, Love is something you welcome everyday. You fought ba?" He asked in taglish. I hate taglish. If tagalog make it straight. But seriously, Ok, he is my dad. He has rights (and lefts ^-^) to know. "Umm..opo, he looked upset so I told him a joke but he got MORE upset. What should I do, Dad?" I was tearing. And yeah, he looked worried. "Go on, go there. Find him and maybe he can say sorry." He adviced. I hugged Dad. "Thanks Dad!" I felt free to go out of his office. I saw Sam and asked, "Where is Alden?" He looked at me once again. "Oh, M-maine Yeah! He's in the classroom, finding you." He answered. I nodded and ran.
Alden's POV
I was looking for Maine. I was so guilty that I was that upset. Then, I felt someone hugging me at the back. It's..."Maine!" I shouted! I hugged her so much. "Promise, I'll never be upset again, I'm sorry." I apologized. "Sorry also, because I left you alone at the cafeteria." She said sorry too. Then we heard the "Yihee!!" Sound. We realized many people were staring at us. We laughed and she suddenly kissed my cheek. Ugh...you want some, I'll bring it on. I kissed her too (cheek). "Hey!" She smiled. Now we learned our lesson.
