"Lucas!" She screamed in my ear making it ring.

"What the hell? Why'd you do that?" I pushed her off of my shoulder.

"Because you're not listening to me." She crossed her arms and pouted like a little kid. "I've been trying to talk to you but you're just zoned out."

"I'm sorry, babe." I put my arm around her and kissed her forehead. "I-I'm just worried about this midterm on Tuesday." I lied.

"It's okay." She started rubbing my cheek. "Let me take your mind off of it then."

"As long as you're paying." I laughed. He shook his head and went back upstairs.
