We walk down the same old street we always walk along. It's a bright sunny day. The day before school. We are trying to get the best out of the day before we go to school tomorrow. Joel-My boyfriend- has brown hair and the bluest eyes. While I have black hair and green eyes. We're holding hands walking down the street going to the lake, when Tori -Miss Popular- Came trotting down the street. She gave us a dirty look as if we were homeless, dirty animals. "Oh look it's the emo freak." She snorts. "Just keep trotting along bitch." I say forcefully. "Oh, I'm sorry Alexis, Did i upset you?" She did a fake pout. "Come on Lex." Joel says pulling me along with him. "Goodbye, Freaks!" She yells. "Just ignore her." Joel tells me. "Mmhmm." I mumble. We finally get to the lake. We sit down on the grass looking out at the water. "Wanna go for a swim?" Joel says half-jokingly. "Are you crazy?" I reply. "Maybe, but you are too." He says back. He is too cute. "Come on." He says getting up. "Joel, no. You're crazy. I'm in my clothes." I say looking at up at him. "So." He says grabbing my arm. "Joel!!" I scream. But i was smiling. He pushes me into the water, coming in after he pushed me. "I hate you." I say smiling. "I can live with that." He says smiling back. We swam for a while then went to my house to dry off. I gave him a towel. Once we were dry we went into the kitchen to get something to eat. Next thing you know we we're making out. My back pressed to the cold counter. I pull away. "Later, I'm hungry." I say half-laughing. I get some crackers out from the cupboard. But, when I turn around I see something out of the corner of my eye. There my sister was in the middle of the hallway in baggy sweat pants and a old T-shirt from when she was in Basketball. I run towards her and push her down to the floor keeping her down. "Lex! No!" She screams. Then I realize she isn't struggling. You see, my sister was in a mental hospital, from her "Possession" Yes, possession. She was possessed by a ghost. Her and her friends were "Playing" with a Ouigi Board. You know, 14 year olds thinking they were so cool. "Why are you home so early?!" I say, confused as hell. She wasn't supposed to be home for another two weeks. "Lex, I'm better now." She replys. I knew she was serious because she would be trying to kill me by now. I get off of her. She gets up too, brushing herself off. "Well.. welcome back?" I say awkwardly. I was still scared she was going to do something violent, so I don't hug her. "Thanks.." She says looking down. "Does mom know you're home?" I ask. "Yeah.." She says. "Well, you scared me." I say. She doesn't reply, she just goes back to her room and closes the door lightly. "Well, Kasey's home." I say, walking back towards Joel. He grabs me by the waist, tells me everything will be okay, kisses my forehead, then we say bye to eachother, see you at school tomorrow and he leaves. Ugh, school. And what about Kasey?
We moved, because Sarah -the ghost who possessed her- made her burn down our old house. So we had to go to a new school this year. All new people. I only met Joel and the "Popular group" So far. I don't who will like me. Are there any other alternative people, like me? Or will I be the only one, and not fit in? I need to get to sleep, it's getting late. Theres a BUSY day tomorrow..
