Okay so this is PrincessOfChaos1987 oc Diamond Rose with Discord. And I think this would work. She loves seeing people cause chaos and she herself also causes chaos. So yeah, they could both cause chaos together. And apparently she loves sparkly things so yeah...I'm not sure how well that would go with Discord, but the chaos part is really good.
