✌️X-101✌️ Part 15

This part will be written in the P.O.V of Nathan in the third person.

     Nathan told Eben to follow him as they trekked through the woods over a creek. "Where are we going?" Said Eben. "Don't complain Eben this is important we're almost there." Nathan said. Suddenly a small cabin came into view and Nathan took out a gun and leaned against the wall. There was someone moving inside. Eben looked in the small window above his head and saw Shyla putting weapons and poison in a duffel bag hung over her shoulder. Nathan pulled him back down and Shyla came out the door. Then Nathan jumped up on one side and Eben stood on the other side of Shyla. They both pointed guns at her and Nathan said "Drop the duffel or we call the cops. Take out a weapon, and we WILL shoot." Shyla looked at him "oh Nathan you would never shoot me" she said with a smirk. "Try me." Said Nathan. Just then Shyla ripped a knife out of her bag and pulled it behind her head, about to throw it. A gun fired and she fell to the ground. Nathan had shot her. "I'm sorry, Shyla. But I couldn't let you hurt my friends." He knelt down next to her on the ground and brushed the blood off of her chest and covered it with her jacket. "I loved you until you turned on us. That was your one mistake." Said Nathan. "Call the cops, Eben. Now. Tell them what happened." Eben went behind the shack and got on the phone with 911. He told them what had happened and what Shyla was going to do. He also told them where to find his friends. Nathan was in the front, still bent over Shyla's body. He was very upset and he would never forgive himself. But every time he reprimanded himself over her death, he remembered the horror she might have caused and regretted it a bit less. So Shyla was gone but not forgotten, as she haunted the dreams of most of the friends. But the team had gotten their fill of excitement for a while so they took a break from their special lives and decided to live normal ones for a bit. But they would always remain a team. A team called X-101.

So I'm sorry guys but that's the end of the book. This book was just a little experiment in my writing and I will be making another book shortly. But bye for now guys!
