Chapter 14

"So did you ask him out?" Cassie giggles, uncontrollably at that.

I shake my head, "No. I shouldn't."

Zayn smirks, "Fine, you don't have to kiss him."

Little did they know, that's not the reason we can't date. And oh my, I want to kiss him so bad.

"I want to kiss him, Zayn" I fire back.

They all stare in shock. Eleanor coughs uncontrollably, "Oh um, why?"

Why did I even say that to Zayn? "Because he's fucking hot under his disguise."

Every single one of them is staring at me, confusion very clear in their eyes.

What is wrong with me? Why do I keep blurting out random things?

Louis pipes in "Um, Gabby, what disguise are you talking about exactly?"

I shake my head furiously, "Nothing! I am talking about nothing! Ignore me if you will. I have got to use the bathroom."

"You just came from the bathroom," Danielle smirks.

I think of a way to get out of this cafeteria as quickly as possible, "I um- I didn't go to the bathroom, I was checking my hair."

They just stare at me like I am the world's largest pimple.

I turn around and make my way to the bathroom, only to run into a body. I look up, "Marcel..."

He glares daggers at me, "Let me ask you this once, and only once, how do you know my name is Harry?"

I open my mouth to speak, but nothing comes out. What am I suppose to tell him?

'My guardian angel just showed me a vision of what could happen if we dated.'

No, he won't believe that.

"I asked you a question" he huffs at me.

I start to feel my lungs close up and I begin to hyperventilate. My breaths become quick and jagged and I know that my asthma is kicking in. I couldn't even speak if I wanted to. Harry's scowl dissapeared from his face and he looks worried. I fall into his arms and the last thing I see are those beautiful emerald orbs.

"You can leave now, Harry was it?" I hear mum speak over me.

I pretend to still be asleep, only to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"Yes, that's my name. But no, I need to stay here until she wakes up. We have some things we need to speak about," Harry shoots back.

Mum scoffs, "Whatever you say. Now I know I can't leave her."

He coughs, "What do you mean, leave her?"

She seems to search for her words, "Promise you won't tell her?"

I don't hear anything, so I assume he was nodding.

"I was going to leave her and go to Vegas, because I am just not suited to be her mother. I would have left her 50,000 pounds so she could keep living on without me, but I completely forgot about her asthma attacks. I cannot leave her alone now."

I can almost hear Harry smile, "Well I am glad you won't leave her. Thank you."

I hear somebody get up from their chair, and I open my right eye just a little to get a glimpse of what was going on. Harry and Mum were hugging.
