I awoke in the infirmary again. Piper and the others were with me, but they were all asleep. I sat up. It was about five in the morning. Man is my head is messing me up. I could've sworn I saw them last night. I quietly got up and walked outside.

The sky was still dark. I noticed the celestial ring still on my finger. I touched the orb again, but nothing happened. I let out a shaken sigh as I looked at the sky.

Seriously, stop messing with me. I've been through too much. I must've bothered them last night too. Stupid Remi! You just had to faint, huh?

Then, my thoughts were interrupted when I heard a small voice going, "Hey, Remi! Can you see us?"

I was frozed, but then laughed to myself lightly. I was going crazy. Then I heard another familiar boy-ish voice going, "REMI! CAN YOU HEAR US!!!"

I flinched and turned around.

There stood Melody, Jordan, Mike, and Don. I stumbled backwards. "Is it really you?" I uttered. Melody jumped on me, tears bursting out of her eyes. "I'm so glad you could finally see us!" she sobbed.

The three ran and hugged me too. They held me tight. "We were so scared you were ignoring us." Mike cried. The four sobbed so loud, the others in the infirmary ran out, stunned. Piper became pale to see them here.

"Who are they?" Annabeth muttered. I didn't know what to say. I was nearly as shocked as them.

We all went to the big house and saw Chiron, frowning at the computer. "There's something wrong," he grunted. He noticed us at the door. "Oh, I see you're awake." It took him a few seconds before jumping at the sight of Melody and the others. "Who allowed mortals here!" He boomed.

"Actually, they're already dead." I said. His jaw dropped. He jumped up and went over. He

waved his hand across them. His hands flew right through them. I frowned. "That's odd. How come you couldn't touch them but I can?"

He looked up at me with sudden surprise. "You can?"

I nodded and placed a hand on Melody's shoulder. He gasped and looked from me to the four. "It must be you they were talking about." he said, rubbing his chin.

Chiron looked at me with a gentle smile. "I know this is sudden, but what do you think about going on a quest?"

"Chiron!" Annabeth butts in. "She has a weak body. She can't possibly go without fainting again."

"I'm not that weak." I said defensively. "I was only under extreme pressure."

"I agree." Piper spoke up. "Who knows what would happen if she gets attacked. Her ghost friends can't do much."

He looked up at them. "I never said she was going alone. I was hoping the five of you would come along."

"But I thought the rules said-" Percy jumped in, but Chiron stopped him.

"I have my reasons to the this pass." Chiron said, glancing at me. I know that reason very well. I cleared my throat. "Can I speak with with Chiron alone?"

They all stared for a moment before heading out the door. Piper and Annabeth ushered Melody and the others out. Chiron took a deep breath before releasing a sigh. "I understand you want to know the reason of the quest you're going on?"

I nodded. "I also have a bad feeling about it too."

Chiron stared for a moment before nodding.

He wheeled himself to his desk. I sat on the chair in front him. He went through files of paper before grabbing a folder and handing it to me. Inside were five lined-papers, covered with words I barely registered in my head. "Chiron, what are these?"

He looked down at his hands on the desk. "Four of those paper are your future written by our Oracle, Rachel. You may not know her since she's visiting someone at the current moment. Anyhow, last summer when she was still around, she was sent another prophecy, but not from the Gods. We still don't know who it's from, nor have we read yet. But the person who sent this explained me alone what it is. The fifth paper is the actual prophecy. Like I said, I didn't read it yet. I don't know what to say about this, but you may tell if you want, but I'd suggest not. This may be and only for you to know."

I stared at him. "What about the others?"

He shook his head. "Only you and I know about this so far. I can't let them know without your permission."

"What's the deadline of this quest?"

"Since its

He froze for a moment before looking up with a grim expression. "To set up a camp for forbidden Gods and Goddesses."

I froze. "You mean there are others like me?"

He nodded. "Yes, but all of them are captive in Zeus' dungeon. You're merely alive thanks to your parent's choice of sending you into an orphanage."

"Oh." I said.

"Don't worry Remi. I know it's dangerous for you to go through this journey with only demigods. That's why you're also going to have to sneak one of the forbidden Gods and Goddesses out of the dungeon. I'm sure your parents are also going to cooperate with you. But you can't absolutely not allow the demigods to be caught, Remi. If you do, the same fate may fall upon them. Promise me on the river of Styx you won't let that happen."

I nodded. "I promise."

He nodded and handed me the portfolio. "Although this has your future written inside, the ending hasn't shown up yet. If you don't accomplish, this may be the end of the forbidden Gods and Goddesses. Permanently."

It shaken me just to think about death that way. I placed the papers back into the folder and forced myself to smile at him. "Thank you. So when am I...er we going to start this quest?"

He rubbed his chin. "I don't think you'll need to leave immediately, so since today's Wednesday...how about next Monday? You'll leave then."

I nodded and stood up. "Thank Chiron. I'll be telling them then."

He nodded and wheeled his way to me. "If there's anything bothering you, just remeber we're part of your family now. Your not alone."

I smiled. "I know. Bye Chiron."

He smiled and nodded. I walked out the Big House to be greeted Mike and Jordan looking anxious. I hid the portfolio from their view.

"What's the quest about?" Mike questioned.

"Yeah!" Jordan agreed.

I gave them a sympathetic smile. "Sorry guy. I can't tell you just yet."

"Remi." Don tugged at my sleeves.

"Hm?"

"Is everything okay?"

I giggled and ruffled his hair. "Of course. Don't worry about a thing. Now if you excuse me, I need a quick shower. See you guys at the Dining Pavilion." I grinned before walking off.

My hand was shaking. I took a deep breath and clutched on to the portfolio. I went back to the cabin to find everyone still asleep. I smiled as I strode over to my bunk and grabbed a pair of clothes. I hid the portfolio under my mattress and went to the bathroom. I took one glance back before shutting the door behind me.
