We're living in a world where time is the most precious thing that we got, it is our enemy, we are always trying to race it, outsmart it.
But the problem is that we end up consumed by it rather than living the moment, we end up drowning in fears and worries and blinded to our amazing moments, the moments that we worked so hard to achieve and when we do, we start thinking about the other goal without processing the fact that we actually attained what we wanted.
It will do us no harm if we stopped for a couple of times a day took a deep breath and thought about that exact second, to actually LIVE the moment, not just pass by it. Taking a mental picture of it and saving it for eternity.
The clock is tic toking whether we like it or not, so why not make it our friend instead of our foe.
