CHAPTER THIRTEEN: VALENTINE SPECIAL

It's was a peaceful Noon for the Uzamaki household. Naruto was playing video games on his Xbox one with his online friends. His gamer tag as FoxDemon, Sasuke as ShadowKnight, Shikamaru as Lazycloud, and Kiba as FangLord. "Naruto!" His mom called from down stairs. "Yeah?" He called back. "There's someone at the door asking for you." She said.
"Be right back guys." He said over his mike. "Coming." He while rushed down the stairs.

"Who is it." He asked. His mom just smiled and whispered into his ear. "She's really cute by the way." She giggled all the way to the kitchen for lunch. Naruto just stood there with a confused face. "Huh?" He opened the door to see who it was.

"Hi Naruto." Hinata said with a big smile on her face. "HHi-Hinata!?" Naruto faced turned red. 'Hinata here! At my house with normal clothes!? She looks really cute!' "I was passing by and I wonder if you would like  to come with me to the cake store." S-sure! Um mom going to the cake shop do want anything?!" Naruto called out to his mom. "Bring me some chocolate covered strawberries!!!!" " Ok, be right back." He said before walking out.

"So cute!" Kushina said while looking out the window.

"Welcome to the are shop! Today we giving away boxes of chocolates with your purchase." The cashier said while they walked in. "How may I help you with you today, miss Hyuga?" "I just came to get some strawberry shortcakes and some chocolate brownie cupcakes." Hinata said. " And for you young man?" The cashier looked over at Naruto. "Oh um chocolate covered strawberries." "Alright then be right back." She said.

"How did she know your last name?" Naruto said a little curious. "I guess you could say I come here everyday." She giggled while looking at the rest of the sweets. "Wow." Naruto attention was taken by some free samples on the counter. He read:

Free sample chocolate truffles
Limit of 8

Of course Naruto couldn't say no to free chocolates. So he started eating some while trying not to be to nerves around Hinata. Little did he know was that there was a fine print on the bottom saying:

Rum infused chocolates.

By his six piece he was feeling a little tipsy. "Hey Naruto look at this cake it's shape of a little bunny." Hinata said while a hand came around to touch her shoulder. "It's cute right?" She turned her head to only to see Naruto really close. He was looking at the cake with somewhat sleepy eyes and cheeks with a blush. "Hmmm. Cute but...." He turned to look at her. " You're more cute." His voice was a little low from normal. He was to fast for Hinata to response before he kissed her lips.

Her eyes became wide, and her heart skipped a beat. The kiss was soft and sweet because of the chocolate. After pulling away Naruto laid his head on her shoulder. "Um Naruto why-"

'Hic'

Naruto hiccuped. "Huh?" She looked over the counter to see the Rum chocolate truffles. "Did you eat them with out knowing?" She asked him only getting another hiccup from him.

"Why is Naruto sleeping on the couch?" Minato asked his wife. "Well something happened and well yeah......we got chocolate covered strawberries!" She said happily. Minato just looked at his wife with a confused look.

Hinata happily skip her way back home. She smiled remembering earlier, she carefully helped Naruto home before he crashed in the living room sofa. Naruto's mom thanked her for helping her stupid son.

She reached and softly touched her lips. "It would be my little secret then." She said looking at the clouds and smiled. "Neh? Naruto."

Sasuke: hey were is the dobe?

Kiba:I don't know, he said he would be back.

Shikamaru: what a drag.
