Chapter 47

Yoh

Two days passed...it's almost time.
Everyone's injuries have been healed by Nobuyuki's sister.
"Yoh, tomorrow is..." I nodded. Nobuyuki's face went pale. "Just take my power then, I can't allow you to just be killed in their hands." I shook my head. "Doesn't matter, I've made my choice I will not change it." Nobuyuki had gotten upset and stood in front of me grabbing both my shoulders. "ARE YOU MAD!? YOU'RE MY BEST FRIEND NO MY BROTHER!!"
I just stared at him. "YOU THINK I WOULD ALLOW THIS!? JUST GIVE UP YOUR LIFE WE CANT TRUST THE ENEMY!!"
I swiped his hands off my shoulders turning my back on him as I took a few steps away. "What if he does kill Sora anyway? Then what? And you're not gonna be there. What if he comes and slaughters the rest of us? It's a possibility!" I felt a sudden shock. What if he's right...? What if the enemy does just kill Sora when I'm gone then the others? What if they're just trying to go after everyone else's power...damn it... It's not just Sora's life on the line but the whole group...
"Nobuyuki... Gather the group...we're coming up with a plan..." Nobuyuki's face calmed a bit and nodded.

Osore

I kept guard of Sora, now with chains around her torso and her limbs. The girl slowly woke up, now even weaker than before since she's now completely dairiseki clean, we hope.
"You should be lucky you were asleep through the removal of your heart. Now there is no dairiseki, and you're now apart of us...." The pale girl's eyes had widened. She looked up at me now as if fear took over, I smiled because it's like she's already about to plead and cry. "Fear, something you'll never escape now child...." I could tell she wanted to scream and just shout, but seem she hold it in and just whimpered as she stared at the floor. Her eyes widened so much as if her eyeballs could pop out sooner or later. "She's been paralyzed in fear, remember that...fear is what made me Osore."
I slowly took out what was something to hers, she knew what it was the moment I pulled it out from my cloak.
"You....YOU BASTARD!!!!" She sobbed and whimpered and just kept yelling out hateful words. I enjoyed the show of her fear. As I let her take the moment of screaming and moaning in pain. I threw her heart to the ground. Her whimpering were breaking as she cried. "Enjoy the sight...as your old heart slowly dies. And so will you tomorrow." I walked out abandoned the girl to stare at her own pale heart on the ground. And finally closed the door as the girl cries.

Nobuyuki

It was already night of the day, I can hardly get myself to sleep, but the thought of Yoh just walking away from the group just kept me up. I had a flashback when me and Yoh where in this exact room I was in. He was packing his things as I did so we could travel to that place tomorrow....

"Yoh, do you really want to do this!? Are you positive you don't want to turn around from this choice!?" Yoh stops packing his stuff and looks back at me and walked towards me poking my forehead and left it there. Our eyes met and his serious stare slowly turned to a smile, but it looked weak and fake. "Nobu, buddy? Remember the time I did this to you? We were friends since that day right? So what was that phrase we said alot back then?" My eyes widened and I had a flashback as us as kids.
"Yoh, you seriously want to do this? What if the guy cheats and haves his friends back him up in a fight!?" I barked as Yoh had that bandage on his nose and his back turned on me. He turned around and I saw him with another bandage on his cheek.
"Idiot, don't you remember the phrase?" He pointed his thumb at himself smiling. "No matter what the choice we make, we support for our brothers even if it means death." My eyes widened and I slowly calmed and tried to smile and slowly nodded and slowly gave a thumbs up. "Yeah...I'll support... Just don't get beat up! Kick ass!!" The flashback faded as Yoh does the thumb pointing at himself and my eyes widened and just felt my face heat up.
"Yoh...that....that was when we were stupid young kids! We're smart teens now!!" Yoh chuckled and nodded. "Look..." Yoh rolled up his left sleeve. And on his wrist showed the "約束" meaning promises...
And I rolled up my right sleeve as my wrist shows the "永遠"
Meaning everlasting. My eyes grew heavy only half open now.
I stare at the writing and remembered when me and Yoh had used a special kind of paint to put on these wrists drawing these signs. I bit my tongue to stop myself from tearing up like a baby. "Nobuyuki, even if this plan doesn't work, just run away as far as you can, go to our old hideout we used to go to before..." My eyes widened a bit once again and staring at him he chuckled and patted my shoulder.

With my arm over my head, hiding the tears that had came.
I'm a cry baby now...aren't I? God...since when did I go soft...?
Heh....doesn't matter, have to believe, support each other for this plan...possible for alot to get injuries or possibly...left behind.
No, never...no matter what we support each other even if it means death...! My cheeks felt dry tears on my hair and near the earlobe. I slowly fell asleep as I turned on the right side.
After so many thoughts, I fell deep asleep.
