Alex's POV
"Mom- Mom- MOM!" I yell.
"WHAT?!" she yells back.
"I can't wear my hair like this, or, this... on the first day. I'll be made fun of all year." I counter. "Fine. Do it yourself." she says, clearly irritated.
Let me explain what's going on. We moved to LA like, 2 weeks ago. Today is the first day at my new school, grade 8, and I wanna make a good impression. My mom wants me to make a good impression on the teachers. Lol no. I wanna make an impression on the kids there.
I put on skinny jeans, a teal shirt, my cute leather jacket, and black converse boots. And then some mascara. I leave my hair down. I go down stairs to eat breakfast. As soon as my mom sees me, she flips out.
"You can't wear THAT on your first day!" She hollers.
"Mom, relax. It'll be fine." I say. I grab my backpack, black, and walk to school.
When I get there, I realize... This school is HUGE. Gates, at LEAST a 4 story building made of bricks entirely. Traiview Academy is printed in all caps in green and yellow letters on the building. I walk inside, and am squished, because of the crowded hallway. Trophy cases EVERYWHERE, all filled, sky roof, yep, 4 stories, and people EVERYWHERE. And I am alone. The principal comes up to me.
"Hallo. I'm principAl Rillá. How are ya doin'?" Strange accent. Never heard it. Maybe it's just her voice.
"I'm Alex Olizo. Nice to meet you." I say, shaking her hand. Ugh. School.
"Lemme show you around, " she says. She takes me to my locker, the cafeteria, library, bathrooms, and everywhere else.
"Basically all the activity centers and lockers are on the bottom floor, and classes are on the other 3 floors." She says.
"Thank you," I say. I almost mocked her accent. AHH. "I think I can figure it out from here."
"Ok, you have 15 minutes before classes start." She replies, and walks away.
I go to my locker and get set up. I grab the books I need for my class (yes I got a schedule), and begin to walk there. While I'm walking toward the stairs, I literally RAM into someone. Not sure how. We're both on the ground.
"I am so sorry I didn't even see you there!" I say picking up my books and smoothening my jacket.
"It's ok." I see a hand stick out to help me up. I grab it and stand up. Luckily, I'm pretty light, so I didn't pull him down with me. I look at the person, and I am thrilled, shocked, scared, butterflyee (if that's a thing) and amazed.
"Wait... You're Bradley Steven Perry." I smile.
"Ya..." He answers, smiling. "Hey, I'm looking for the new person, I need to take em to class. The teacher's worried he or she got lost."
"I know her. She's right in front of you. I'm Alex." I smile and laugh a lil. He does the same.
"Cool. Lets go. Need help with your books?" He says.
"No, I got it." I smile.
"You need help." He laughs and takes my books that are falling out of my hands.
"Thanks." I say.
While walking there, there isn't really anyone in the hallway. I ask him if we're friends, and he says certainly. Then he tells me to find him at lunch. But we have most classes together, so that will be easy. We walk in class, and boys whistle and girls glare at me.
"Girls, girls, you look like you're struggling to keep your eyes open. Please stop glaring." I say. Bradley and I sit in the back next to each other. Boys keep staring at me and girls keep rolling their eyes at us. Bradley and I exchange numbers, in case we can't find each other at lunch.
Bradley's POV
***note, all the POVs start at the Same Time the other one or ones did. Therefore, this one starts with Bradley getting ready, just like Alex's started. Kk? And there won't be one of these every story, cause it'll get annoying.
Ugh. First day. I get up and throw on my favorite plaid shirt, and roll up the sleeves. I put on jeans, fix my hair, and go downstairs. I take a box of cereal, eat it out of there, drink some milk, and get goin. I grab my backpack and rush to school.
As I walk in school, girls start flirting with me, like they always do. Maybe I will find a dedicated girl this year, not one who only likes me for my fame and to be in magazines and on TV. I see the principal with a new person, but I can't see em. I shrugs and go to my locker. The new person must have the locker next to me. I sigh. I grab my stuff and go to science. When everyone but the new person is there, he asks me to go find them. I say ok, and while I'm walking I SLAM into someone and they fall. Then I see its a girl, because of the hair.
"I'm so sorry I didn't even see you there!" She says, and I extend my hand to help her up.
"It's ok." I reply. She grabs my hand and stands up.
"Wait, you're Bradley Steven Perry." She says, and smiles.
When she smiles at me, I swore, the whole world stopped and it was only us two. She was so hot.
"Ya," I reply, blushing and smiling. "Hey, I'm looking for the new person, I need to take em to class. The teacher's worried he or she got lost."
"I know her. She's right in front of you. I'm Alex." We both smile and laugh a little bit.
"Cool. Lets go. Need help with your books?" I say. Being gentlemanly, of course.
"No, I got it." She smiles.
"You need help." I laughs and takes the books that are falling out of her hands.
"Thanks." She say.
