You like the scars on your arms-after all, you made them. This is understandable. I just hope you like them because it showed you could overcome. Yes, some people might thing you're a bit weird for it, but don't let their criticisms bother you. Your scars have a story and a history. You overcame and that's wonderful! Please though, please don't make more. Whatever the reason, please don't hurt yourself. You don't deserve to hurt. Try to talk to someone instead!

I think it is horrible that you own dad calls you fat. I would believe your friends. Friends bring you up and make you feel good about yourself. Which, you should. You should love yourself for who you are. It may be true that you aren't size zero, but very few girls are and honestly, size doesn't establish beauty. Everybody is beautiful, especially those who love themselves.

You said your laugh is high pitched and annoying like a dolphin. That's ok! Laughter is beautiful and I never heard a laugh I didn't like. Never let the sound of your laugh stop you from laughing. Nobody will dislike you if you really do have a weird laugh (I've heard a multitude of people saying they hate their laugh). Just be happy :)

You sound like an absolutely wonderful and inspiring person. And you're absolutely right! People are so quick to judge these days. Size never ever determines beauty. I'm sure you're absolutely beautiful –inside and out! Not to mention, you seem to be extremely talented! Three languages? That's incredible!

Don't let other people's opinions ever bother you or convince you to change. I loved the note you sent me because you were so on key with everything. Nobody can ever know what you've been through and how it impacted you. And by the sounds of it, you've been through a lot. I don't know you, but I'm proud of you and I'm so happy you're learning to love yourself.

Dear my lovelies,

If anybody is reading this and has an insecurity please, please let me know. You can private message me or tell me in the comments. I can't keep writing this if I have no letters to write! So, for now, this chapter will only have two letters (not including this one). Hopefully, I'll be able to add at least one more letter to this chapter.

Of course, if you're not insecure, don't make something up because you feel bad for me. I'm writing this for you guys.
