Alam naman nyang nalasing ako kagabi. Nalasing ako kasi naalala ko na naman sya. Sya na walang pakialam sa akin. Ang tagal na pero bakit ganun pa din? Emo pa rin ako when it comes to him. Nasa banyo na ako ng pumasok si Val sa kwarto ko. I couldn't hear her clearly but she is excited about something.
"Meng, please hurry. I don't want you to be late. Bakit naman kasi di pa bumangon agad kanina." Litanya ng babaeng to na mas matindi pa kay Nanay. Nakakarindi minsan. Palibhasa isa pang walang lovelife.
In less than 30 minutes, natapos ko paliligo ko. Well that was fast. Ang ingay kasi ni Val. "So, where are we going today? Saan ang interview? Bakit ang aga?"
"This is an invitation for something great. A project that you shouldn't miss. Let's go! I'll brief you sa car."
We were in our way to BGC. Apparently to meet the owner of a famous local brand Bench for a collaboration. I was actually shocked about this invitation as I do not have an idea of what a writer will do in an apparel company.
