Friends. Bully. Acquaintance.
Lunch was peaceful. Yoongi ate as he usually did with his two friends Hoseok and Namjoon. No new kid in sight, no bullies around, the only thing that could make lunch better was less of the crowded sound.
"Where were you this morning?" Hoseok asked Yoongi through mouths of spaghetti.
He shrugged in his seat and looked away. Namjoon placed a hand on his shoulder and they continued their meal in an awkward silence. His friends knew he was being bullied, but they never knew what to do about it. And it almost felt like they didn't want to do anything about it. But he had already given up on their help eons ago. Yoongi finished the last of his salad and said bye to the two as the bell started to ring. The three parted with a wave.
As Yoongi slammed his locker shut and started to make his way to class, he felt someone behind him, he ignored it and proceeded to the classroom.
The bell rang and Yoongi was changing classes, walking sluggishly at the side of the hallway. Again, he felt the presence of someone behind him. As if he was being followed. He turned his head slightly, failing to catch a glimpse of the stalker.
It was Yoongi's last class and as he headed to class he made a sharp turn at the corner of a hallway, stopping there and waiting to catch the stalker red-handed. As the stalker was making the turn, Yoongi noticed the orange locks that came first, and his chest tightened.
"Its you, why are you following me?"
Jimin was startled. Somehow, as though he had said something blasphemous, Jimin frowned darkly at him. It was an obvious sign that he was annoyed and the blonde boy was not sure if he wanted to stand his ground or make for it quick. But Yoongi was feeling stubborn and didn't back down from the glare.
"I have the same classes as you, I'm not following you."
Jimin growled at Yoongi and the blonde boy shuddered slightly. "Then why are you walking behind me all the time? Cut it out-" A hand came slamming into the metal locker behind Yoongi, causing a loud sound to echo through the now empty hall. Jimin had his eyes dark and menacing, leaning in to whisper into his ear,
"Listen here, you bitch. Don't even try to get cocky with me. I helped you this morning and I don't even get the slightest bit of a 'thank you'. Its like you want me to ruin you."
Leaving him with shaky legs and a blank stare, the big bad boy shifted his bag on his shoulder and shrugged off, his angry aura failing to subside.
Yoongi stood there for what felt like a year before snapping out of his scared trance and grew angry at himself for being submissive in the end. He grumbled and fumed, straightening himself and walking out of school,
"No fucking jams at all."
