Chapter 5.

I've been in the hospital for five days now. Seiki have come to visit every day and now I actually remember some parts of the first time we met.

I still don't know how we got separated tho.

I've also remembered that I'm 16 years old and who my mum is. She's really nice by the way.

Me and Alec has talked more after the first day. I still don't tell him much about myself and I certainly don't like him but he talks with me anyways and I can't really do anything about it so I guess I'll have to stand it. I got to know that his mom got paniked when she heard about the accident and moved here the day after.

He's gonna go to a school nearby, I just hope it's not the same school as me.

"Oi, Kiddo!" And there he is..

"I've been waiting for you, what took you so long?"

"Oh, nothing really. I just wanted to avoid you" I said in my usual emotionless tone.

"Saying it like that is mean you know." Alec pouted.

The rehab was over and I went as fast as possible towards the door.

"That looked more like exercise than rehab." Someone outside the door said.

I turned my head to see a smiling Seiki.

"Hi Seiki!" I said and checked the door in case someone came out.

"What's up with that bad excuse for a greeting?! Come on." He hugged me.

"I've missed you you know." Seiki said still hugging me.

"We met yesterday." I said as I patted his back a bit.

"Oi kiddo do you-"

Could this get any worse?

Seiki quickly let go and put some distance between us.

"......." The tension rose and nobody said a word.

"... Um, yeah I just wondered if you wanted someone to walk with but you seem pretty busy so I'll be on my way." Alec looked down and started walking.

When he were out of sight Seiki started to apologize.

"I'm so sorry. It wasn't my intention. He probably thnk we have something going on now. If he gives you shit for this, just tell me and I'll kick his ass."

"No.. Um, I'll just explane everything, he's not the kind of person to jump to conclutions.. I hope."

"Who is he anyways? Is he a friend of yours?" Seiki asked.

"His name's Alec.. Well he's not really my friend.. Actually I don't really like him but I'll have to put up with him for the rest of the week."

"And he calls me kiddo all the time." Seiki started laughing.

"Well- haha- you kinda look like one- hahahaha- does he even know how old you are?"

"That's not funny." I said chopped him in the side.

"And no.. I don't think he knows.." It looked like Seiki wanted to say something but the coughing stopped him.

Instead of waiting untill Seiki could talk, I started walking to my room with a coughing Seiki after me.

Gee, I didn't even hit him that hard. I thought as Seiki continued coughing.

"Are you okey?" I asked when he started calming down.

"Yeah, I just got something in my throat." He said.

We finally stood outside my room.

-----Alec's pov-----

I stood outside Ain's room, waiting for him. I know he wants me to think he dislikes me but I heard him.

After our first talk when he thought I didn't hear him, he thanked me. So now it felt as if I should look after him.

He was cold as usual today. I thought as I trained my eyes. He didn't seem like a person who were open to others, at least not when you looked at those scares on his wrists. I wonder how he lost his eye? Maby I should ask him when we're done.

When it was over I saw him hurry out the door.

"Alec! Would you mind paying attention a bit." My nurce said.

"Um, yes of course, continue." She sighed.

"Remember to not pressure you're neck, you just got rid of that supporter and I don't think you want it back."

"Yes of course, I'll remember." I said and hurried ouut the door to catch up with Ain.

"Oi kiddo do you-" My sentence were cut of completly.

What?

Why is Ain with that guy?

Why are they hugging?

Maby I walked in on something I shouldn't see.

Maby I should go.

"... Um, yeah I just wondered if you wanted someone to walk with but you seem pretty busy so I'll be on my way" I said and turned to walk away.

Is that Ain's boyfriend?

Well, he wouldn't just hug anyone so that's the only explanation..

Ouch.. why.. does it kinda hurt..?

When I turned the corner I stopped for a bit. I heard them talking but I couldn't really make it out.

Something about sorry, and we have something together..

I knew it. I thought as I started walking again.

But why does it hurt? He's a kid for God's sake probably just about 14 or 15.

God I'm the worst. I thought before entering my room.
