Autumn
That night all I could think about was Cameron. His dirty blond bed head hair look, his perfect jaw line, his smile with perfect dimples, how he called me sunshine because he of how I could make him smile no matter what. I cried myself to sleep that night again. When I got to school I was walking with Alexa when I saw Cameron approaching us. Ugh is there anywhere I don't have to see him!? I thought to myself.
"Hey sunshine"
"I'm not your sunshine anymore...what do you want?" With my voice cracking.
"I just wanted to talk"
"I will leave you two alone" I heard Alexa say as she backed away. Then it was just me and him. Alone...together.
"Listen you broke my heart, you got over it, and now I just d-" I was cut off as a girl with black hair and her face cracked with make up. I knew her she was the cheer captain. I heard my heart shatter as I saw her wrap her arms around Cameron's neck and kiss him...in front of me..as I realized she was my replacement. I felt hot tears starting to fight their was out of my eyes.
"I-I have to go"
"Sun-I mean Autumn wait"
"I hope you two are happy together" I said with my voice cracking as I tried to hold back my tears. I walked off not looking back as I felt their stares burning into my back like lasers.
