Chapter 3: Valentines Day

I know, I'm late but now to the story

~Sunday Morning~
I woke up at 8 o'clock with a buzzing noise by my bed. I saw that it was my phone. I groan and pick up my phone and check to see why its buzzing.

Last week was pretty cool even though I got made fun at, at school but everyone forgot that. I became close to my friends but with Laurance...I didn't forgive him...yet. He kept on saying sorry and pleading but whatever.

(You have their numbers, just so you know) I guess I was invited to a group chat with Laurance, Garroth, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, Dante, Nicole, and Cadenza.

~Text message~

G- Hey since we're all single on Valentines day, we should go to the carnival as friends.

Oh its Valentines day? I forgot but yea I guess I will join. My mom will be with her best friend that's next door.

D- Sure I'm in!
K- Ya whatever
N- Yea sounds like fun
K~C- Kawaii~Chan would love to come!
C- I'm in too
L- Sounds cool
You- Ya sure, I got no plans today anyways
G- Great, so whose carpooling with who?
D- Doesn't matter but we're only taking 2 cars
G- Ok then I guess Laurance, (Y/n), Cadenza, and me in my car and the rest in Dantes car.
Everybody- Ok
G- Ok then its settled. See ya at 3 at my house.

~End of chat~

Since its only 8 in the morning I decided to make pancakes for me and my mom. I went downstairs to the kitchen and started cooking.

After I was done making the pancakes, I set them on the table with orange juice on the side of the plate. Mom came down the stairs just on time.

"Aw sweety, you didn't have to!" Mom exclaimed.

"Nah Mom, its ok. It's Valentine's today and I want to make sure I did breakfast for us" I said happy.

"Aw thanks and I will be heading to work in a few minutes" she said, kissing my forehead.

"Ok" I said.

Mom and I finish breakfast and she headed to work after she was done eating. After work Mom is going to her best friend house. She knows I'm going to the carnival.

It was 10:36 so I decided to take a shower. After about 30 minutes, I got out of the shower and started to get dress in some casual clothes (picture on top). Nothing to fancy. Then I waited to get pick up.

~Time skip at 3 o'clock~

Dante pick me up since we are meeting at Garroth's house. Once we got there, I open the door and saw everybody was here. We chat for a bit and then left to the carnival.

I went to Garroth's car in the front seat. Laurance and Cadenza followed to the car sitting in the back and the rest at Dantes.

"(Y/n), I'm sorry about what happen" Laurance said pleading.

"Ok fine just stop pleading, its really annoying!" I said annoyed.

"Ok...? So what are we going to do once we get there?" Cadenza asked.

"Well I was thinking that we buy tickets then head to the first ride we see" Garroth said.

"Ok" Laurance and Cadenza agreed.

It was silent for a bit but I turned the radio on. It played "Drop In The Ocean" by Omi (song on top). I was dancing in my seat a little. Garroth chuckled. I was blushing because I was embarrassed.

I took my phone out and went on camera. I want to take a picture for memories.

"Say cheese!" I said smiling.

"Cheese!" Everyone said smiling.

~Another time skip~

Omg we are here! It looks so pretty and beautiful. So much rides! Which one should we go on fir-

"Hey (Y/n), let's go get tickets" Laurance said, grabbing my hands.

"Ok" I said. We each got tickets and decided to go on the bumper cars first.

It was fun, especially on Valentines day. After a couple of more rides, we ate funnel cake and cotton candy. Laurance said he needed to use the restroom.

~Laurance Pov~

I lied, I wasn't going to use the bathroom. Anyways the portalable toilets are....creepy.

I was going to win a prize for (Y/n) so she knows I'm really sorry. After a few trys at the (name any booth), I got a medium size stuff teddy bear and attach something to the bear that she will find later.

I went over to the group and gave (Y/n) the teddy bear.

"Hey (Y/n), here's a teddy bear as an apology" I said handing the stuff animal to her.

"T-thank you" she said hugging me.

"No one has ever done this" she said crying while hugging me.

"Its ok, please don't cry" I said wiping her tears.

"Ok...well I'm naming him Ruffles" she said happy. Wow her smile is like my light. I'm falling for her more...

~No one Pov~

Everyone went home safely and fell asleep. But little did (Y/n) knows that there was a surprise for her attach on the teddy bear...

I feel like I'm a terrible author. I'm also so busy with stuff. I feel like no one likes this story but hey! I'm writing it for fun. Mind leaving some nice comments to keep stress off me from homework? Thanks if you do.
