Chapter 9: The Date

(Y/n) POV

Once we were done eating, all of us went home. It was midnight so I got dress in my pajamas and went to sleep.

I woke up the next day with my phone going off. I groaned and check my phone.

Laurence: Hey (Y/n), get dress in casual clothes and I'm going to pick you up at 3:50.

(Y/n): Um ok...

I got off my phone and went to do my daily morning routine. It was about 11:31 by the time I finished. Since I have plenty of time, I went downstairs to eat.

"Hey sweetie, how was your day yesterday?" Mom asked, sitting down at the table eating breakfast.

I went to grab myself some breakfast. "It was fun and the mall was huge!" I said, exclaiming. "We should go there one day together."

"Sure but when I have time," Mom said.

While I was eating my food, I told my mom about the friend date. "Hey Mom, I'm going on a friends date with Laurance," I said. "Can I go?"

"Sure but be careful. Don't do the same mistake as last time!" Mom said.

"I know and I will make sure it won't happen!" I said.

"Nice to talk to you but I have to go to work," Mom said, kissing my forehead. "Bye Hun!"

"Bye Mom!" I said, shouting to her.

I washed my dishes and went back upstairs. I just went on my phone and played some games.

Time Skip

It was 2:30, so I went to my closet and chose an outfit. I went to take a quick shower and put on my outfit.

Since it was hot out, I wore a dark denim shorts with a black tank top. Around my waist I wore a(n) (f/c) and (s/f/c) long sleeve flannel with black and white converse.

I went to the bathroom and did my hair. I put my (h/c) (h/l) hair in a pony tail and check the time. It 3:45 so I still have a little bit of time.

I went back to my room and got a small black over-the-shoulder purse and put my phone, keys, etc in there.

By the time I was done, the doorbell rang. I went downstairs and opened the door. Laurance was wearing a green short sleeve shirt with denim shorts that goes down to his knee.

"Like what you see~," Laurance said smirking. I went back to my attention and hit him playfully on the shoulder.

"Oh shut up," I said rolling my eyes and laughing.

"You look beautiful," he said.

"Ya, ya whatever. I get that a lot," I said. "You don't look too bad yourself."

"Well thank you," he said while we walk to the car.

We talked about ourselves for a bit. It seemed like I known him for a long time but really it was only a few days.

After the car ride was over, we stop at this big place.

"What is this place?" I asked, feeling excited like a kid.

"Well this is the arcade and it has many games inside. The arcade is on the left side and the go-karts, laser tag, bowling, and much more you can think of is on the right side," he said, laughing at me since I was jumping up and down.

"Whoa!" I said, amazed. "Come on, I want to go now!"

"Ok, ok," he said laughing, while I was dragging him inside. We payed to go inside and got this wrist band for the right side of the place and two cards for the acrade room. (Take note, this place isn't real! Just imagine)

We went to the arcade side first since our wrist band last longer than the cards. Me and Laurance played tons of games.

After we were done, we went to the other side. Our cards ran out and we didn't want to pay again.

First we went to the go-kart since it was my favorite ride. The line was pretty long but eventually it our turn. I was in front of Laurance and he was behind me.

The instructor told us the rules and then we went. While I was midway, Laurance passed me. I eventually catch up to him.

"Ha, see ya loser," I said shouting to him while driving away. Soon it was over and I won.

"Next time I will win!" Laurance said.

"Ya sure~" I said laughing.

After we went laser tagging, bowling and etc, we went to eat. It was about 7:42 and we went to go to my house.

"Hey Laurance...." I said embarrassed.

"Ya?" he said while driving.

"I know this will come out weird but..." I said. "May I stay over since my mom won't be home and the field trip is tomorrow so may I bring my suitcase since we'll be leaving at around 10ish?"

"Sure and we can invite the boys and girls too!" He said.

"Oh cool," I said. I called my mom and she said I can. So we went to my house and grab my suitcase for the field trip.

We then went to Laurance's house and it seemed like the boys were already here. I bet Laurance called them while I was getting my stuff.

"Hey (Y/n), why are you with Laurance?" Garroth asked. "I thought you're suppose to come with the girls."

"Oh! Laurance and I went on a friends date," I said. I saw a bit of jealousy but he quickly turned away.

"Hey (Y/n)~,"Travis said coming up to me and putting his arms around my shoulders.

"Hi Travis," I said smiling. I swear I heard Laurance and Garroth growled....

"Well anyways!" I said putting my suitcase down. "What should we do?"

"How about we play some games?" Suggested Dante. "After the girls come."

"Ok," everyone said, including me.

This was long. I could write more but my phone keeps lagging. Sorry for the long update but I was on writers block. I'm planning on to make this a Laurance X Garroth X Reader. Should I or should I wait till I finish this book to make one?
