She's one of my new oc's pepper. The element I used is water. Sorry about the shine on her hair since I really didn't had good lighting so I tried for a new angle but oh wells. Hope this is good enough, I did NOT copy anyone's art so don't go crazy, this is mine so if YOU plan to steal it then I'll find you :| And I'll kill you :) And take it back :D So ya no stealing please or I'll hunt you down :)
