The Crimson red fluid stained Joe's finger, as He pressed it against the wall making the same shape. It was a pattern to him now, a routine. His crisp white shirt now drowned in blood and the scent of it too. Harsh moonlight seeped in though the bedroom window and flooded the room, casting a dark shadow over Joe's body and the only noticeable feature was his pale blue eyes.

"How do I do this now?" Joe mumbled to himself, stepping back to admire the now completely covered wall.

He sighed heavily, if he'd been caught what would he do? This was the only thing keeping Joe sane, whilst at the same time it was completely insane.

He knew he'd been spotted in his quick attempt to flee the scene. It was all such a blur. The last thing he remembers is her glazed chocolate eyes, face plastered with fear, wavy brown hair soaking the up the pool of blood around her head. He remembers the knife making a forceful entrance into the little girls skull, the shriek she bellowed, the sound of feet rushing down the hall, forcing Joe to escape out of the window and run across the lawn. He knew they saw him, he caught their eye as he jumped down and ran.

Every second since that night 2 weeks ago, Joe has felt as if someone is watching him, like a presence is connected to his every move.

Little did he notice the tall blonde had been tracking after him in an attempt to stop Joe's unhealthy hobby.

Detective Caspar Lee had been called to take handle of the case and with the murder rates increasing Caspar was very quickly running out of time. He follows the intriguing young boy on his night trips, and watches his behavior intently. And on this particular night He decided to follow Joe back to the house which at first he found too risky but as time started to slip through his fingers Caspar had no choice. He watched through the window as joe talked to himself, mumbling and fumbling on his own words. Caspar had never seen how youthful and gorgeous the boy looked in this light. His brown hair tousled about and blue eyes sparkling. The rest of his small lanky figure just seemed to wither into the darkness.

The past two weeks Caspar had been trying to find a cure, a reason... A something, something to diagnose joe with. His behavior obviously  wasn't normal and Caspar had been struggling to find a reason for it. Many nights after Caspar watched joe walk back to his house from the other side of the street, he would go home and toss and turn, unable to sleep just wondering what was wrong with the beautiful boy and how he could help. And most importantly stop all the murders of innocent children.

Caspar had a thought that suddenly made all this mystery click together.

"All this behavior... It all links to... Oh god." He whispered to himself as he watched Joe through the window.

Caspar's head began to work faster, all the pieces fitting together. He stood directly up right now and hadn't realised that he was in sight of the boy and that's he was staring directly at him.
