SAPHIRE POV

Ugh I fucking hate Lake. The only other person I've had relations with. I found out that he was a vampire and dumped him after a couple of months of being with him. It honestly didn't bother me as much as I thought it was considering I didn't know that there were supernatural beings but he told me about all of them. He said I was his and that I would always be his. I almost killed him one day but he fled so fast that I didn't even get the chance to take a real swing at him. Nathan was his best friend so I dated him after Lake, although he wasn't a vampire he was still trained like one. Every time he wants to find me all he does is send Nathan but not anymore. I am so happy that I killed him. I've been waiting so long to do that. I honestly don't know why I dated him, especially after Lake. Nathan was a fucking back stabber. He only dated me because Lake told him to keep an eye on me while we weren't together. What a douche, right? Anyway I hate/hated both of them. I wonder what will happen the next time Lake is here? Why did I feel like I was being watched out there? How come-?

I got cut off from my little inner rant by Ben. After we got inside the house we all went to our rooms and now Ben is asking us to come to the living room. I got off of my bed and walked down to the living room where all the rest of my gang were. What's going on now?

"Let's go practice our throwing and shooting!" Ben screamed excitedly as if he ate all the candy in the house. Oh god, what if he did again? I walked, well more like ran, into the kitchen only to find all of the cabinets open and wrappers of all types of candy on the floor. Walking back into the living room, the guys, all except Ben who was jumping up and down squealing, gave me knowing looks. I just smirked and turned towards Ben. Ben has a candy obsession and can get hyper off of one pack of skittles. He looked at me and stopped jumping and squealing, but gave me a scared look. I just smirked more.

"Noo, how about we go fly some kites and feed random chipmunks?" I asked sarcastically. The others were trying to keep a serious face as they were still looking at me but turned to him. Apparently he didn't notice my sarcasm and started jumping up and down and squealing even more. He ran out of the room so fast passed me that i fell. Once he was out of the room we all started cracking up. We stopped suddenly when he walked in with six black kites and a HUGE bag of acorns. I was biting my lip so hard I though it was going to crack. He looked so happy that I kinda felt bad that I was just messing with him. I couldn't stand it any more and busted out laughing as did the rest of my mates. Ben looked really sad so I got up and hugged him. He pouted and gave me puppy dog eyes. He knows I can't resist those.

And that is how we ended up by a cute little pond that was just windy enough to fly kites by. All we did was walk a little bit into the forest and we found this beautiful clearing. We were all laughing at Stab when he got an acorn and gave it to a little gray squirrel that was on a small oak tree. It was really funny when the squirrel took it and spit it back in Stab's face. It happened like 5 minutes ago but we were still chuckling now and again and trying to keep a hold on our kite strings. Ben got out of his sugar high and asked us why we were flying kites. That put us through another laughing fit. So I told him what happened.

"Ben, you had to much candy and wanted to practice out shooting. Then I sarcastically suggested that we should fly some kites and feed some chipmunks. You took it seriously and started jumping up and down squealing like a little school girl that got asked out by her crush. We started laughing and you gave the puppy eyes and you know I can't resist those. And so, here we are." I said gesturing towards the trees and the pond. I looked at him only to see him laughing hysterically and clutching his stomach with one hand because of the kite in the other. In a matter of seconds all of us were on the ground holding our stomaches with one hand, cracking up. We heard chuckles coming from behind us and stopped laughing. We jumped up really fast and turned around to see some shocked people that looked really familiar. I looked closely at the first person and recognized him instantly. Steven.
