Madi..... Dead?

We wake up to Madi gagging. I run to her room and she's basically throwing up blood.
"Maddie!" I say as I try to comfort her
"Is she gonna be ok Doc?" I ask Doc
"I don't have the right medical crap to help her.... Have you gotten Scratched? Bitten?" Doc says to Maddie and Maddie Dousnt look so good.
"A while back... When the zombie grabbed me and 10K saved me.. He ripped some of my shirt but I was too careless to look.." Maddie says and I start to cry. Doc lifts up her shirt on her shoulder and she has a 3 inch cut on her shoulder and its badly infected.
"NO!" I scream and cry at the same time. I run out of the house and Keep running until I get to the end of the block. I fall to the ground and cry. 2 hours past and I wake up. I didn't realize I fell asleep. I hear shuffling behind me and I look behind seeing that 10K is sleeping. I have a blanket around me. I get up and lay with him. He wakes up and I pretend to be asleep but I get up anyways.
"Thanks for the blanket" I say and I look down still upset
"....Your sister needs you Kayla... You should go back" He says and Tears start streaming down my face again. I burry my face into his chest for about 3 minutes and then I get up.
"Ok..." I walk back to the house with 10K following me behind. Everyone looks at me when I walk in and they seen upset. I walk upstairs to Maddie and sit by her. Tears start to flow free.
"I don't want you here. To see me like this......." Maddie says and tears escape her eyes as well
"I know... I love you" I say and I hold her hand
"Can.....Can you give me Mercy.... It's time.." She says and I burst into tears.
"I can't... I won't" I say and I kiss her fore head
"If you won't.., have that guy... 10K do it... I see the way he kills the Zs .... It's love Kayla.... Have him do it.. For me.. Please... I also want you to have this.." she says and she hands me Her Locket with Me, My mom, and My dad when we were Young. I burst into tears and her eyes plead.
"O-Ok.. I love you so much Madi Carver...." I say and I kiss her forehead again but harder. I walk down stairs to 10K with tears streaming down my face
"She wants M-Mercy.... I can't do it..... She wants 10K to... Please" I say as I look at 10K
"Ok...." He says and he walks upstairs.
Bang! A shot was made and 20K came down and I fell into his arms and burred my face into his chest. He picked me up bridal style and Carried me as they packed there stuff. I fell asleep in 10Ks arms. When I woke it was daylight and I was in the back of a truck. 10K was sitting behind me and I was on his lap.
"She awakes!" Doc says to try to cheer me up but I just hold onto the locket leaning on 10K. 10K kisses my forehead and wraps a blanket around me because the wind made it actually quit cold.
"T-Thanks 10K" Is what I squeeze out.
"Nope..... You looked cold anyways....... Hey where are we Warren?" He says as he bangs on the window and Warren is Driving.
"Addy?" Warren says and Addy takes out her Thing.
"Almost to the Lab!" Addy says Excited and Murphy glares at her
2 hours pass and we finally get to the lab. We talk to Citizen Z. He tells us we have to strip off our protective gear  and have us sprayed with mist.
"Everyone take off your head!" I feel like eyes are staring at me and I look at 10K. I smirk and he laughs
"I know... I have slot of Gear" I say
