So, I draw my lines in Zen Brush, but you can't color in it. It's still a fairly good app, doe. Then, I turn it blue so I can color and shade.

This is after I've colored it in Color Effects. It's not the most fancy art app, but it works. I usually will put down my base colors and patterns, then go and lower the opacity on black for shading, and the same for highlighting with white. Around her is a white aura, and I used the same thing I do with highlighting. A lot of times ill leave it at this stage, or edit it.

So this is an edited version. I cropped it, added a tint, a border, and some other fancy things. I think this looks very pretty, and the darker colors which I can't get in my app makes it look more like how I imagined it.
