Did I hear that correctly? They needed a donor? I thought there weren't any patients that needed an organ transplant.
The two turned around and started to go down the hall when I yelled out "Wait!"
They turned to me, a weird look plastered on their face as I ran after them.
"You guys need a donor, right?"
The boy looked at his mother (I was assuming he was around my age) and she nodded, "Yes, why?"
"I will be willing to donate something, what does he need?"
Her eyes widened in shock, along with the boys. "W-What?"
"I'm on the donor list." I started, taking a piece of paper out of my pocket that certified it, "They haven't contacted me about anything yet, what does your son need?"
The woman stuttered for a moment, "Sir, you don't have to do that-"
"I'm willing, you see, my mother recently passed away and I want to help someone else not have that tragedy."
She didn't speak for a moment before she answered, "A part of a liver."
I nodded and folded the paper before slipping it back in my pocket. "By when?"
I was expecting her too say something like, a year, or 6 months, but she replied, "Around 1-2 months, that's how long he has to live."
I smiled, "I'll talk to the nurses and arrange something, what's your name?"
"Carla, and this is my son, Eren."
I shook her hand, "It's nice to meet you, and you as well, Eren."
"Are you joking?" She asked, a serious grim look crossing her face, "Beacause-"
"I would never joke about something like this." I cut her off, "This is no time for jokes like that."
She studied me for a moment before she yanked me into a hug, I was a bit surprised at first, but I eventually hugged her back.
"I'm going to call Mikasa." She said to Eren, pulling back and wiping away some of her tears, "By the way, what's your name young man?"
"Levi."
Eren looked at his mother with shock still on his face from what I had said, and this was the first time I saw his eyes.
They were absolutely beautiful, with the blue and green mixed in swirls, and flakes of gold, he was probably the most beautiful person that I had ever seen.
"Thankyou." He said just above a whisper, he stood up on weak legs and I tried to get him to sit back down, but he hugged me.
"Oh, thank you so much! My family and friends will be happy again, thank you thank you thank you!"
I smiled an hugged him back, I could feel his tears on my shoulder but I didn't care, I was helping him.
Eren would of died if he didn't get a donor, and it doesn't seem like a big deal in everyday life, but it was.

"This is the donor; Levi." Eren said, introducing me to his friends properly.
When they had first saw me they all attacked me with bone crushing hugs and a mix of thankyous before they even knew who I was.
