By the next morning, the contract was ready. Dana had made good on his promise and did get Brock's old trainer, Scott Ramsdell on board. Brock and I had went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and eventually signed. Dana had arranged for a press conference in Minneapolis the next day to announce his partnership. It was set for eleven, while the kids were at school and while Ajay was at Olivia's. We had told them the night before that daddy was going back to work and they all seemed okay with it, to our surprise.

I was told by Dana that I needed to attend the conference as the press would likely have questions for me. I was going anyway but wasn't expecting to be on stage. I dressed nice but not too casual. I knew this would be televised and even though I had been out of the spotlight for a while, I wanted to impress. After all, I had an image to uphold.

Brock and I made our way to the press conference a little early. We were hoping to beat the traffic and we did. We parked behind the building in a secure area and then went inside to meet with Dana. As usual, he was waiting, juggling three phones in his hand. He had one for his family, one for business, and one for emergencies from either party. He was a business man but he loved his family and I respected that. "Brock, Casey, early as usual. The press is already waiting but I just wanted to go over a few things with you before we go out there. It is very important that we maintain a business persona, even if they ask personal questions. Whether you answer them or not, is completely up to you. That is none of my business. However, be sure to talk a little smack, Brock. I know you will anyway, but fans like to see you sure of yourself. They always have."

We agreed as he went on stage to introduce us. "Hello, everyone. Thank you for coming out today for our special press conference. I know rumors have been flying for the past few days and we're here to set the record straight." He pauses before continuing. "As many of you know I had a fighter drop out of UFC 200 due to injuries and being less than two weeks away, I had to think fast. So, please help me welcome a veteran back to the business, Brock Lesnar and his wife Casey."

As soon as we walked onto the stage, we were bombarded with questions and flashing cameras. We sat down at the table with Dana and adjusted out mics as Dana attempted to maintain order. "Okay, okay! One question at a time, please. Form a single file line behind the guest podium and we will take your questions."

Finally, they responded as a journalist took the mic first. "Brock, you've been out of the UFC for many years now, what made you decide to come back?"

Brock shrugged and leaned closer into his mic. "The last time I was here, I was ill and I never got to finish what I started. Dana offered me a chance to finish it and here I am."

The journalist went back to his seat as the next came to the podium. "Being one of the oldest competitors in the UFC, do you think age with slow you down?"
