Dreams Do Come True

Chapter 8:

Emma's POV:

I hear a bunch of people scream my name, horrified i just stand there and watch as blood pools out of Aaron's lifeless body. 

Is he going to be okay?

I keep asking my self the same question over and over. Just staring at all the blood.

I feel a tap on my shoulder. It's Cameron. I hadn't really gotten to know him yet but he really is the sweetest person ever. I see him move his mouth, but I'm so mesmerized by the ambulance taking him away on a streatcher I don't hear Anything he says. Suddenly I hear sobs and I realize the person crying is cam. I reach for him and pull him close to me, trying to console him. Before I know it hot we tears start streaming down my cheeks and we are crying on each other. After about ten minutes of hugging and crying the ambulance is now gone, there are a bunch of girls sitting on the side of the road crying uncontrollably. I just stand there next to Cameron, in disbelief of what just happened. I just knew something had to go wrong. I can never have a little fun with my life. I feel like this is my fault. When ever I am having a great time something always happens, something just happens and I always feel it's my fault.

"Emma" I hear Cam say trying to get my attention. "Sorry, I was just thinking." "Do you want to go to the hospital." He barely says trying to not cry. "Yes please" I say about to ball.

Skips car ride.

The whole car ride was silent except for the occasional sniffle or stifling of a sob. Jacob Cam and I had driven to the hospital alone, But when we were at the hospital we discovered that the rest of the guys had arrived earlier. As soon as we arrive a doctor walks out of a room and tells us that we won't be able to see Aaron for a couple hours, and to not expect him to wake up right away. I was sitting in a corner balling watching the other guys reactions, some pacing, some tapping there foot, some trying to distract them selves on their phone, I don't feel like talking, so I just sit and cry..

It's been 2 hours and we still can't see him, the doctors said we can go soon, so I tried not to worry. I go to the bathroom to fix my self up a little bit. My hair was frizzed every where, so I get my mini brush from my bag and start to redo my hair, In a couple of minutes it's back in a neat pony tail. I take all my makeup off, even though half of it was still running down my face. I looked like a wreck. My face is red and puffy from all the hours of crying so I rinse it with cold water and soon the puffiness goes down and the red starts to fade.I go to the waiting room and sit next to Cam.His head was in his hands, still trying to figure out what happened, I can hear him talking to him self, but I can't understand what he's saying, trying to comfort him I take one of his hands in mine and try to give him a reassuring smile. "He'll be okay." I tell him weakly, not sure if I believe it myself. Then the doctor comes in and tells us we can visit, but he's still sleeping. Only one or two people can go in at a time. I tell cam and help him contain himself. He saw him first. Then Carter and Taylor, the rest of the guys. I thought I should go last since I've known him the shortest. We had small talk, but I really fealt like I could tell him anything, and in the week that I've known him, he was always there when I needed him to be. The last two people walk out, and I stand up, walk to the room, he's still slepping.

"Aaron? I'm so sorry, please please wake up, I'm sorry."

Aaron's POV:

I hear someone saying there sorry, I try to open my eyes, when I do I see a very pretty girl sitting on the edge on my bed crying in this white room. I don't know where I am. I try to speak. She doesn't hear me at first so I say it a little louder. "What are you sorry for?" I ask and she turns around and has a big smile on her face. I realize it's Emma. Then it hits me, I'm in the hospital. The last thing I remember are head lights and a lot of pain. I got hit by a car? I think that's what happened. "Because, this is my fault. All my fault and I'm so sorry Aaron, please please, forgive me." She says looking right me right IN the eyes, hers were so beautiful. "How is this your fault?" I ask confused. "Taylor told me that when you guys couldn't find Jacob and I you went out side with Cameron to help find us, then a drunk driver hit you hard, when we got here the doctors said you might not make it. Because of me, if I didn't suggest going to Starbucks, you wouldn't  have went looking for us and then that drunk driver wouldn't have hit you. Oh god Aaron I'm so sorry."  She looks at the floor and I don't realize she's crying until I see a tear drip from her face onto the floor. I can tell she's trying to contain it so she is very red I know she doesn't want me to hear her cry. Cause that's who she is. She wants to be tough, and not show pain, she told me about her past with bullies and tried not to give in and let them get to her. "I'm just gonna leave, I'm so sorry Aaron, I'm so sorry." I see her get up but I stop her by grabbing her arm. "No, Emma don't leave and it's not your fault this could of happened to anyone, I forgive you," she smiles at me and although it's beautiful I can tell she doesn't believe me. "Okay, I'll stay. and thank you Aaron for forgiving me." We talked for a few hours and just had fun, laughed a lot. All the guys left because they were tired. But Emma stayed with me. I saw her check her phone with a surprised look on her face, I asked what was wrong and she said it was almost 4 am! She let out a big yawn. "You can sleep here if you want Emma." I told her "thank you Aaron" she said softly and layed at the end of the bed, in a ball trying not to take up too much space. "Good night Emma" "Good night Aaron, and thanks"

A nurse woke me up trying not to wake up Emma, I asked her what time it was and she said it was almost 12:30. She gave me medicine and said it was for the pain. I hear a knock on the door, it's Cameron, Taylor, and Carter. "Hey man,ohhh" I heard Carter say. "What" I say back. "Has she been there all night?" Taylor said "no" I was happy to see the boys, but they were being kind of loud so I shoosh them and point to Emma. "Soooo, why didn't Emma come back to the hotel?" Taylor asked. "Well when I woke up we talked for a couple of hours and it was 4 am so I told her she can just sleep here." Me and the boys just talked, they told me how glad they were I was ok. It was about 1:15 and Emma woke up. "Hey Emma" "hey Aaron, what time is it?" "Almost 1:15" "wow, I slept. And sorry if I took too much room." "It's okay" "I'm gonna go to the bathroom." Just as she shut the door the boys came back. "Bring me anything back?" "Yep" cam said "here's some chicken" "thanks guys"

Emma's POV:

I'm really glad Aaron is ok, I wouldn't know what to do with myself if he wasn't. I know he said it wasn't my fault, but I can't help but feel guilty.In the bathroom I just brushed my hair did another pony tale, freshened up. I heard talking so I came out.

"Hey guys." I said to Cameron, Taylor, and Carter.
"Hey Emma" they said to me
"Glad to see your finally awake!" Cam said
"What ever, I went to bed late." I shot back
"Ya we saw you sleeping earlier." Carter said
"When are you guys going back to the hotel?."
"In like an hour" Taylor said
"Okay, is it okay I go back with you ,
"Sure" Cameron said

After that we kind of just hung out and went on our phones. A lot of fans took pictures last night, and posted them. Like who post a picture of there idol laying in the street? There were a lot of rumors, like Cameron pushed him, or I hit him. But none of them are true, I'm not even old enough to drive. We decided to make a short video to tell the fans what was going on then we left. I told Aaron I'd be back later.

When I got to the hotel Jacob called me. "Hey Jacob what's up!"
"Hey Emma I just wanted to know if you were okay, I went to your room but no answer.
"I went to the hospital with Cameron, oh shoot I'm so sorry Jacob! Last night, seeing what happened I forgot you were there, I'm sorry.
"It's okay"
"Well I stayed the night at the hospital and just walked in the lobby of the hotel cam, Carter, and Taylor drove me back."
"Okay I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today before you leave?"
"I'm sorry Jacob, but I'm going to the hospital with Aaron after I get ready. We can hang out tomorrow, because I decided to stay another day."
"Okay! Sure, I'll call you tonight"
"Okay goodbye Jacob."

After the phone call I went to my room and but on leggings, black uggs, my Aaron carpenter shirt, and a pony tale. After doing my makeup I go sit on my bed, I go on my phone and had a missed call from a unknown number. I decided to call them back.

The person ended up being the MAGCON tour manager! They wanted to know if j can finish the tour with them. Of course I accepted, then called my mom, I am now an official member of MAGCOn. And already from hanging with the boys I gained a lot of new fans! I went to Jacobs room first, then Daniels, Cams, Taylor's, Carters, Dylan's, and every one else to tell them the news! After that I walked down to the lobby and got Starbucks. After that I searched places near by to get food and decided to go to panera bread. I got my self patato soup and bread with a strawberry smoothie, and I got Aaron chicken soup, bread with a smoothie as well. I went outside and called an uber. Within 10 minutes I was back at the hospital. In the gift shop they had adorable balloons so I got one for Aaron. I went to Aaron's room and the first thing I heard was "Loving the shirt Emma" I laughed at that.

Aaron's POV:

I see Emma walk in handing me a balloon that said 'get better cutie!' and she looks adorable in my shirt! "I brought you soup." She said putting it next to me. "And a smoothie, I hope you like it. I got chicken soup and a straberry smoothie." "I love it" I say "thank you for bringing me this stuff, and you think I'm cute?" I said smirking. "I'd be lying if I said no." She said blushing a little. She told me she'd be touring with us for the rest of MAGCON and I think I was more exited than her. She is just so fun to be around, she lights up every room with her bright smile and can make anyone happy and always knows just what to do. We talked for a couple of hours again. I don't think I'll ever get tired of talking to her. We decided that when I get out we are gonna do challenge video for her you tube and one for mine. We are probably gonna film it next week though. She has to go back to school, she was explaining how now she does half online school and Half in school, she even makes school sound interesting. She left at about seven pm. She told me she was gonna stop by in the morning with breakfast sine the hospital food sucks.
