Back to School Again

In Rin, Jess, and Rida's room...

"Wake up," Rida clapped her hands in Jess's ear.

"Fire!?" Jess sat up quickly.

"Shush," Rida whispered, "Rin got the day off of school because of her injuries, get changed and meet me outside."

Jess got out of bed and looked in her drawers. She grabbed out her usual outfit and got dressed.

"Oh crap!" Rin yelled sitting up quickly. She held her chest in pain.

"You're not going to school like... That," Jess pointed to Rin's bandages.

"These? These are nothing," Rin was going to wave her hand away but realized she's in so casts.

"Yeah... No, you stay me and Rida go. I'll email you the homework, check your tablet every time one of the classes, end," Jess explained as she left outside.

"Fine," Rin said, "hand me that book will ya?" Rin pointed to a yearbook on her desk.

"Yeah," Jess handed her the yearbook.

"Thanks bye," Rin smiled and waved.

"Bye," Jess waved backed she left the room.

"There seems to be a slight problem," Rida said pointing to the spider webs. It was obvious she was talking to Ali.

"Oh, couldn't Inu do that?" Jess asked.

"Yep, him and that scroll could call animals here," Rida smiled as a tear ran down her cheek.

In Rin's room....

"Now it all makes sense. So Autem and Hailee gained their powers from dying in a fire like a Salem witch trial. Wait what? Look at that a note from Autem, why would he leave such a thing? Oh really, I need to tell Jess," Rin got up and ran outside to causally bump into Jess.

"Rin can you explain this while you're up?" Jess asked and pointed to the spiderwebs, "only Inu could do that."

Rin looked behind her.

"What is it Rin?" Rida asked.

"Nothing I just thought I heard something that's not there. Anyway a person's power can be passed on to someone their close to or if they say their name out loud when they die," Rin explained.

"Does that mean I could have Pheonix's power?" Jess asked. 

"Yep," Rin shrugged.

Ali sighed and said, "Rin go back to your bed and rest. Thanks for the explanation and all, but you need rest,"

"Fine," Rin said and went into the room.

"Rida? Can you call off all the spiders so we can go back to classes?" Jess asked.

"Nope," Rida said.

"Why not?" Ali asked.

"Because I don't wanna," Rida said.

"Do it!" Jess yelled as a storm came over the school and lightning struck the school.

"Oh look a blackout," Jess inquired.

"Let's go hang out in my room," Ali suggested.

"Why?" Rida asked disgusted.

"So we don't interrupt Rin's rest," Ali slapped Rida in the head.

"Fine," Rida agreed as they went inside the room.

Inside the room were three beds two of them had nothing by them or on them and then there was Ali's bed and walls. It was the one closest to the bathroom and was just black with MCR posters everywhere.

"You know this black out reminds of when Pheonix got angry at the old base she would strike lightning down and put our base in a blackout and a lock down," Ali said as reminisced.

Rida turned around and ran out the door. They heard a slam.

"Rida!" Jess yelled as she ran to open the door, "open you stupid door!" Jess yelled at the door.

"What it won't open?" Ali asked as she walked over to Jess.

"Won't even budge," Jess sighed.

"You two stay in there!" They heard Rida yell.

"Why did you run out?" Jess asked.

"I heard a scream," Rida said as she started to walk away.

"Rida! Open this door Rida! Rida!" Jess yelled.

In Rin's room...

"Oh, looks like Jess figured it out," Rin sighed while she flipped through a manga while holding a flashlight.

In the boy's hallway....

In Jacke and Owl's room....

"Looks like the power went out," Jacke said.

"Thanks Sherlock," Owl rolled his eyes.

"Let's go check on the girls," Jacke said tossing Owl a flashlight.

"I'll check on them, you check on the teachers, they aren't as young as they look," Owl said.

"Right," Jacke said as they left the room and went their separate ways.

In Chifu and Daiko's room....

"Chifu come here," Daiko ordered as he opened the curtains.

"What?" Chifu walked over to Daiko.

"Look outside, what do you see?" Daiko asked.

"Nothing," Chifu said, "normal school campus... With no one outside."

"Exactly. This place isn't a school people from different clans get trapped in this.... This place," Daiko explained.

"Oh my gosh," Chifu exclaimed.

"Yea," Daiko said.

In the neutral classrooms...

"Hello teachers?" Jacke yelled.

"Help," he heard a woman's weak voice.

"Where are you!?" Jacke yelled waving his flashlight around.

"In the room in front..." She took a breath "of you...."

"Here?" He walked inside the classroom as the door shut behind him and locked, "sh*t."

In the neutral hallway...

"Hello!?" Owl yelled.

"Owl!" Rida yelled.

"Rida what are you..." Owl got pushed into a room.

"Owl!?" Rida yelled and was pushed into the room next to Rida.

"Rida!"

"O.." Rida tried to say but was stopped when she had a knife up to her throat as her throat was sliced.

"H....e.....l....p," Rida said as she fell on the floor.
