Listen Closely: Bonus Chapter

Listen closely have you ever wondered what all of the characters pasts were? Here they are. Just Rin, Jess, Rida, Inu, Chifu, and Daiko.

Rin and Jess's past...

"I doing wanna go to school," 8 year old Rin whined. Her hair was short and she and side bangs. She was wearing a pink and white polka dotted dress with pink tennis shoes and she still had her eye patch over her eye.

"Why not sweetie?" Her mom asked.

"Because we just moved and I know no one," Rin kept whining.

"Sweetie you'll be fine now get out I have to drop of Ali and Jacke at the other elementary school" Her mom pushed her out of the car.

"Bye Mommy!" Rin yelled.

"Hah! You still call your mom, mommy?" Someone teased behind Rin.

"Yeah," Rin looked behind her to find the bully of the school. She walked up to him and as usual she towered over her classmate.

"Freak you're a giant," He yelled as everyone around started laughing at her.

"Hey you're the freak here! Who said you could bully someone!" Someone emerged from the crowd she looked about the same age as Rin. She had blonde hair and had bangs that covered her eyes. She was wearing a sweatshirt around her waist with a gray T-shirt and tan khakis with purple tennis shoes.

"Ugh its little miss blondie," The bully greeted.

"Just go away, Izzi," She said pushing him as he walked away with the crowd.

"I'm sorry about Izzi," She said, "I'm Jess,"

"I'm Katerina, but you can call me Rin," Rin started to walk into the school.

"Wait!" Rin stopped," who's your teacher?" Jess asked.

"Mr. Tinp," Rin answered.

"Mine too," Jess exclaimed.

"So are you counting me as a friend?" Rin asked.

"Of course. Just to warn you I'm a nerd and weirdo," Jess explained.

"Ok, I'm sort of a nerd, too," Rin said.

"Yay!" Jess exclaimed as they walked down the hall.

"Are you apart of a clan?" Rin asked.

"Yep," Jess answered.

"Which one?" Rin asked.

"Stau that's why I have wolf ears, you?" Jess replied.

"Ifibu," Rin answered.

After class...

"Time to go to lunch," Jess explained and sat at a table with Rin.

Inu and Rida's past...

During Mrs. Delwart's class...

"And that is why 4+8-15 = -3," 8 year old Rida stated putting the expo marker back on the shelf.

"Ha ha Dork," the bully of that class yelled.

"No she is not and shut up! If she's a dork you're an idiot," a kid with black hair said he was the same age as Rida. He was wearing a black short sleeved shirt.

"Inu! Language! Go to the principals... actually you need an escort, Rida?" Mrs. Delwart asked while writing something.

"Ok ,but I will need to know what we did in class," Rida stated taking the piece of paper and grabbing Inu's arm, "cmon trouble maker,"

As they walked out the door Inu asked, "Hey why do you take their bulliness?"

"I don't care what they say ,I'm smarter than them in that class so don't defend me ok, trouble maker, and you're an idiot not only for saying bulliness ,but for yelling idiot in front of the class," Rida turned a corner with Inu.

"..." Inu stared at the ground.

"Not that I'm ungrateful," She blushed a little and so did Inu.

"Hey with those ears ,you're apart of the Kryteria, right?" Inu asked.

"Yep and that meansyou know about the clans so you're an Ifibu," Rida stated opening the principals door.

"Hey I'm probably gonna get a lecture ,but he'll let me out before lunch meet me at the trophy case," Inu winked.

"I'll see you there," she smiled and handed him the note.

"Bye," he closed the principals door.

After class, at the trophy case...

"You actually waited here?" Rida asked seeing the sitting Inu.

"Yep, let's go get lunch," he declared.

"You dont mind if we sit by my friends?" Rida asked.

"Not one bit," Inu said opening the door to the cafeteria.

"Rida over here I became friends with the new student!" Jess yelled.

"Whose the ne...Rin!?" Inu yelled.

"Hi Inu," Rin said as Rida and Inu sat down.

"Ooh is Rin already in love?" Jess asked.

"No its nothing like that he's my cousin," Rin blushed as she explained.

"Ok," Jess teased as Inu started to blush with Rin.

Chifu and Daiko's past...

"Look at them," a girl whispered to another.

"Chifu and Daiko," The other said dreamily.

"Why are they staring at us Daiko?" Whisper asked 8 year old Chifu. He brushed his golden locks out of his face. He was wearing a T-shirt with a black scarf.

"How would I know?" 8 year old Daiko replied with a question. His dark brown hair flipping back and forth as he sat down besides Chifu. He was wearing a sports jersey with black jean shorts and Gray tennis shoes.

"Just wondering," Chifu snarled.

"No need to be rude," Daiko reminded pointing to all the girls looking.

"Humph," Chifu turned to the right side of the girls and smiled his white toothy smile.

"Don't complain," Daiko turned to the left side of the girls and winked. All the girls collapsed.

"Wow, they're easier than the girls in the hallway," Chifu snickered.

"Her comes our teacher," Daiko pointed to the tall blonde.

"Hello students I'm Mr. P"

After class... 

"Just to make sure you're part of the Kryteria clan?" Daiko asked walking out of class.

"Yep," Chifu answered and opened the door to the cafeteria.

"Hey Chifu over hear!" Rida called.

"Daiko you too!" Jess called.

"Guess thats where we sit," Chifi said walking over to them along with Daiko.

"These are new friends of ours," Jess started, " This is Rin and her cousin Inu,"

"I think this is a great start to our year," Rin said as they all started to eat.

The others nodded.
