{Hello! I wrote this a year ago when my writing skills stink. Anyways heres a one shot. :)}
Many years later, the Land of Ooo changed. Bubblegum became the Queen of the candy kingdom. Flame princess ruled the fire kingdom as Queen. Jake and Lady got married and had puppies. Finn and Marceline too,got married. Lady and Marcy moved in with the boys and the once spacious tree house became really crowded. Alas,it had a wonderful atmosphere. Eventually everyone started ageing. Queen Bubblegum became older. Her once eighteen year old self developed into a fifty-six year old. The flame Queen too became old. Jake and lady's children became adults but little Marcy never grew old. She aged a bit but nothing more. Finally,the day came. Queen Bubblegum was the first to die. The candy people cried for the loss of their queen,and Finn was the most upset. Days past,seasons changed,Jake died followed by Lady and eventually Finn...
"Hey guys..." Marceline said as she walked under the tree. "I brought you some things.." Marceline forced a smile out and sat under the tree. "Bonnie,heres some candy the candy people made for you. Jake,heres your viola and Finn...I...Bmo and I cleaned your sword.." Marceline stopped herself from crying and placed the once shiny sword on the floor. "The flame Queen wanted you guys to have this." Marceline placed some scented candles around the tombstones. "And I made some paper flowers." Marceline continued saying. She placed the flowers around the candles and slowly started dusting around the stones. She was crying. Her tears tumbled out of her eyes and her smile slowly faded. Finally she couldn't take it any more and stood up,screaming. "Why did you guys have to go!!?? WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME HERE ALONE?! FINN YOU SAID YOU WOULD STAY WITH ME FOREVER!! " Marceline broke down. She huddled herself and sobbed loudly. "I loved you...i did...." Marceline murmured towards Finn's tombstone. "Bonnie...Jake...Lady...Finn.........why did you have to be so stupid and die?!" She demanded. She was young,quite. She will never die and join her friends. Sooner she would be the only person alive.She looked at the tombstone one last time before leaving. "I love you Finn..."
When she got back to the treehouse, Bmo greeted her at the door. "Marceline...remember Finn wanted you to be happy after he died." Bmo said hopefully.
"I know.." Marcy said sadly. She whipped her tears and went back to the room Finn and her once shared. She browed through the photos of the gang before illness and old age took them. The first picture was when Bubblegum held a ball and everyone went. The second one was when Jake and Lady got married...and so on.. The last picture was Finn and Marcy. Behind Finn wrote somethings before he died. "Marceline. Im sorry I had to leave you to face this world alone. Everyone else we knew died. Even Jake. You have Bmo to keep you company. Im sorry Marcy...im sorry I cant be with you forever at least you'll always know even when im gone...my heart will be with you for eternity...". Marceline screamed and threw the pictures on the floor. She had lost everything. Her friends and the only person she could ever love.Finn. She curled up in bed and cried like she did every night.
The next morning she went back to the grave yard and sat with her friends. She told them everything but never expected them to reply. She told them about the life she lived,what changed after they died like how Lumpy Space princess went back home to lumpy space and how the Ice King finally found a bride. She lay down under the tree and remembered the past. How happy they were. "I can never join you guys..." Suddenly an idea swept past her mind. She could die. She gathered the remaining amount of courage she had left and ran under the sun and slowly burned. She felt excruciating pain as she slowly died. Although she was immortal,she could kill herself. Her pain ended,finally. She wept as she died. "Im free..."
She said as she closed her eyes for the last time.. "Im coming guys.."
