Chapter 11- Forewarn

"Morning Gaara." I greeted and stretched my arms.

"Morning too love." He kissed my forehead.

"Do you really have to leave your works?" I asked.

"Yes Y/N for you and for our family." He touched my cheeks.

"I'm worried about the people who depends on you. I know it's hard for them to live without your presence." I sighed.

"Protecting this village also means protecting you Y/N." He smiled "Keeping you safe is my responsibility as the Kazekage of this village and as your husband."

"Gaara..." I hugged him.

"Shh... Y/N you'll be safe." He rubbed my back.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too."

"Gaara, Y/N." Someone knocked on the door.

"I'll opened it." Gaara stated.

"Okay."

He walked to the door simply. Opening it with a smile.

"Hey, why so early?" Gaara asked the visitor.

"Gaara I wanted to know your situation now."

"Well come in." Gaara opened the door widely.

The visitor entered and it was Kankuro.

"Hey Kankuro." I waved my hands.

"Hey how's your feeling?" He sat beside me.

"Doing great." I smiled.

"So Kankuro what is your desire?" Gaara asked.

"I am here to inform you that the Chunin exams would be 2 month from now." Kankuro said "Are you going to watch it? The other Kages are expecting that you'll come"

"We would come." I nodded.

"Y/N are you sure you can go?" Gaara asked worriedly.

"I can Gaara. Your wife is a stalwart." I chuckled.

"Hn... I can't insists. You are always right Y/N." He chortled.

"It is settled. I'll tell Shikamaru and Naruto that you'll come." Kakuro said.

"Thanks." I thanked him.

"Wait... may I ask did you saw a red card yesterday or the other day?" Kankuro asked.

"Yes." I took a deep breath.

"I told her everything." Gaara said.

"Aside from that Erin told me when the person who saw that red card. Unknown voice showed up. Terrorizing each of their victims." Kankuro explained.

"That's why I heard some yesterday." Gaara crossed his arms.

"Did you heard something like that?" I looked at Gaara "Why you did not bother to tell me?"

"I don't want to worry you." Gaara excused.

"What is that again Gaara?" Kankuro asked "You heard them?"

"Yes. Is there something wrong?" Gaara questioned.

"Totally wrong Gaara." Kabkuro looked down.

"What is it Kankuro?" I asked.

"According to the information we got. Only ladies could hear them." He pulled out a scroll "But in your case. You could also hear them."

"What does it mean?" Gaara asked.

"This means it will come out worst than worst." Kankuro answered.

"What!?" I gasped

"I did not mean to scare you Y/N but that what this scroll divulge." Kankuro gave me the scroll.

"Erin said that when two child were born they would be their vessels for new life." Kankuro added "Which means the two child would be the start of new set of offerings."

"No way... This cannot be." Gaara uttered.

"Gaara..." I looked at him wearily.

"Could it be you Y/N?" Kankuro said.

"Kankuro!" Gaara yelled.

"Sorry for what I said." Kankuro apologised.

"It's okay Kankuro. You don't have to apologise. It is good that you informed us about that." I smiled weakly.

"Y/N." Gaara mumbled.

"I'm okay Gaara, it's better to know than just staying here crying like it would help us."

"Y/N, rest now." Gaara laid me down.

"Thank you."

"Gaara I'm going to the garden." I said.

"I'll follow you later!" He yelled.

"Okay." I said and left him.

I still don't know how to handle this. Our babies are soon to be their new start of life and I can't let that happen. Katsuo and Takara is our very precious treasure. I would not allow them to touch our children...never.

"Still dreaming Y/N?" A voice came.

"What do you want now?!" I asked the voice loudly "Why do you always ruin everything?"

"Oh come on Y/N. Have you already got the news?"

"What are you?" My anger tensed up "Why my babies?"

"Don't be mad Y/N. It would be bad for the babies." The voice laughed.

"I'll ki-" I was cut off by the strong wind.

The air blew my hair strongly while the voice kept on horrifying me.

"Til next time Y/N." The voice faded.

When the area became clear. I saw a paper landed in front of me.

I quickly get it. I opened it and the paper stated

"Beware, when the dark comes. Bloody moon will rise. Red light would appear. As the new offspring of life dies..."
