So far I've lost 1.5 pounds in 4 days ever since I've actually been taking this thing seriously.Also, I wanna mention I haven't been starving my self or anything. I've been cutting down on food and I was actually considering just fasting an entire day but my moms a nurse so she'll know somethings up.

so far I've been working out and drinking water. I haven't eaten anything yet.
Here's basically what I've done so far:

60 sec running in place // DONE
50 second plank // DONE
20 knee highs // DONE
10 push ups // DONEI'm pretty proud of myself and I'm not leaving my room until I finish all of that or until I run out of water.

I ate 2 pizza balls which would equal 1 pizza and like 2 more cups of water, that's all I've eaten today. I'm gonna work out some more now since my parents & brothers left (: !

Okay so I just did 30 more jumping jacks so now I'm at 90 jumping jacks.

I FINISHED MY WORKOUTS.
I drank like 2 more liters of water and my parents made me eat 2 scoops of mashed potatoes and some lobster ): pray I didn't gain. Anyways now is when I take a shower then go to bed!Peace on the streets SAN
