I went to my first appointment a few days after getting engaged, and found out I was three months pregnant. The doctor looked at the ultrasound and said the baby was growing fast so they could tell the gender. I had the doctor only tell me and not David because I had another surprise. I took the twins and David and we hopped in the car fir another drive back to my old hometown. We went to Jens Ice Cream Parlor and sat in the exact same booth that me and Paige sat in when I td her the gender of the twins. Jens Ice Cream Parlor was the place  Paige and I used to always hang out at so being back there was sweet and sour and the same time. I ordered a mint choco blast sundae, which was my all time favorite. I then told the family "So guys, this is the exact same booth I told Paige the gender of you guys. I had ordered the exact same sundae, and then I told her I was having a boy and a girl. Anyways, We have come her today because I have the gender of this baby!" Everyone was exited when I said "Its a girl!" Everyone smiled and was super happy. And then Neveah Roberts came through the door. Neveah was a girl that used to go to my old high school, she used to tease me when I was pregnant. She had a toddler boy in her arms when she said "Saira, is that you?" I got out of the booth and replied "Yes!" Neveah immediately gave me a hug and said "I'm so sorry how I used to tease you. 2 months after I graduated I became pregnant. This is Drake. He's my son." I smiled. I brought Neveah over, and introduced her to the twins. She saw David sitting there, and said "David you're back!" She loved the twins and was really sweet. "Actually Neveah, I'm pregnant again with a girl!" I told her. She hugged me and said "Congratulations! We really need to catch up. I have moved to Fair Oaks." "Me too!" I replied. We exchanged phone numbers and then I sat back down to enjoy my favorite ice cream. I was having a really weird craving that night which was pickles, peanut butter and sprinkles. I don't even know why I have that craving, mainly because normally I hated pickles, but thats what pregnancy does to you.
