Kiana:Thankyou.

Lawyer:its no problem..see you on the court date.

With that justins lawyer left. Justin has been on tour doing his shows and everything while ive been trying to keep up with my schoolwork, my singing, and justins court date. Let me catch you up. Its been 5 months since breas death...HARD 5 months. Im 18 and justins 19. I already moved to LA and I am currently sharing a house with kayla. Jake and I are not together because he was upset that I told kayla and not him and it was a whole fight and i broke up with him. He currently lives in LA too for his acting career but u dont know where and I dont want to. As for kayla..she has started her modeling career and its going well..shes actually at a shoot now and she wanted me to come but I was buisy getting justin a lawyer. You see...justin wants HIS child with him and so when we went to get the 5 month old baby from the foster home...emily didnt trust us and said that we had stolen a file from her...which we had remember. So now justins fighting for his child jada and its hard...he's gotten thrown out of the foster home 5 times....all by the police. He's having a hatd time and so thats why im trying to help him out. Right now im jusg getting some files together and trying to make sure juatin wins this case...he cant loose this child...we cant ....we want this....especially for brea....she was our sister and as much as it was disgusting for justin to hear..she was his sister and they did have a child. Tomorrow justin will be here for his court date in 2 days and pattie,miranda, and jeremy will be there as well. I stood up after organizing all the papers and folders and I made my way to the bathroom for a long needed shower. I got out of the shower with a towek around my body and one around my hair. I walked into my room and saw jake sitting there...looking at the promise ring that was on my bed side table.

jake:you still have it.

He looked up to me as I stood there uncomfortable...I mean know he's seen me naked but we are broken up so. I looked away from him.

kiana:ive always had it...I wasnt gonna throw it away.

jake got up and walked over to me as I inhaled deeply and froze when he was right in front of me.

jake:that must mean you still love me like I love you.

kiana:I do love you still..but that doesnt mean I want you back.

He looked shocked.

kiana:what..did you think id just take you back...I havent seen you in 4 months because your acting and you were mad..puh-lease.

jake:I know but..I miss you key.

I flinched at the nickname.

kiana:well..I didnt miss you.

Lie.

kiana:I would actually like it if you left.

Lie.

jake:......ok.

With that he walked out of my room and left. Everything I said to him was a lue..I actually love him and need him but he needs to man up and grow up. We are dealing with adult problems...not sappy teenage highschool drama. If your wondering how he got in..kayla gave him a key when he and I were still dating..I just never got it back. I walked over to my walk in closet and got out black denim shorts with a creme colored tank top and my denim black jacket. I slipped them on and then put on my black gladiators and I put my hair into a neat ponytail. I slud my shades on, grabbed my car keys and walked out the door with my phone. I parked my car outside of the yogurt shop as paparazzi crowded around it until my police pushed them away. Paparazzi hasnt been nice with us lately..after they found out that justin was fifhting for a child..there was a lot of commotion and he lost a lot of fans but I told him that hes not loosing beliebers. I got out of my white convertible and made my way inside, ignoring the flashing lights. I got inside and slipped off my shades. I ordered and then looked around and spotted who I was looking for. I walked over and sat across from her.

kiana:hey erica.

erica:hey..im glad you called.

Erica, remember her..the mean which leader who "warned" me about jake...yea well shes actually really nice and shes been a really good friend along with kayla over these past months.

kiana:so hows cheer...have you guys been doing good.

erica:well its been hard since you left but we found replacements and stuff.

kiana:cool.

I took another scoop of my yogurt and ate it.

erica:so hows the court date.

kiana:its good...we really just want to have this whole thing over with.

erica:I may not know the whole story but I understand.

I nodded and smiled.

erica:so I know its none of my buisness but...hows your love life.

kiana:its so hard...i mean I love him and all but its like he doesnt care..he just wants me to jump in his arms and stuff.

She laughed.

kiana:what about you.

erica:me and mitch are good. I-

She was interrupted by two teenage girls around 15 coming up to our table screaming.

?-im sky.

I smiled.

kiana:hi..can I help you gurls with something.

nia:we love you soo much kiana bieber...we've been your fans since you were on the squad and we cant wait to hear your first album.

sky:can we get a picture and your autograph.

kiana:ofcourse.

After I gave them what they want they ran away happily as erica looked up at me.

erica:Kayla texted me..she wants us at the shoot...like now.

I nodded as we left the shop and I put my shades on and so did erica as the paps took pictures.

paparazzi:HOWS JUSTIN? IS HE A FATHER? WHERES JAKE? HEY ERICA..GIVE US SOMETHING!

we got into my car and I drove towards kaylas studio. Now anyone I hang around..the paps find out their names and bugs them tok.

kiana:sorry about them.

erica:dont worry about it.

We got out of the car and made our way inside. I saw kayla in a nice spring dress and when she saw hs she walked over nervously.

kiana:whats up with you?

kayla:kiana..I called you guys here because I have something you dont want to hear but you might wanna know.

Erica:oh hey guys..guess what..my brother just got out of jail. .kiana can you take me to go pick him up.

kiana:you had a brother in jail?

erica:yea?

kayla:kiana-

kiana:your gonna have to tell me later kayla, we have to go pick up her brother..bye.

kayla:but kiana..KIANA...KIANA CHAZ IS OUT OF JAIL.

I immediatley turned around. Erica was already outside in the car as I walked back over to kayla.

kayla:hes out of jail...he just tweeted saying its good to be home.

kiana:well atleast his home is all the way in Canada where it should be...ill see you later at home.

kayla:k..ill pick up chinese on the way.

I nodded while I walked back to the car and got in and saw erica getting off the phone.

erica:hes at the airport..he just landed.

I nodded while I drove to the airport. When I parked I waited while erica got out and ran towards a boy who looked to be my age. Erica ran back to the car and told me to come out and meet him. I got out and turned around and came face to face...with Chaz Summers. You've got to be kidding me.
