(Justin POV) 

I just opened my phone to see a text from tmz that I had breas child and I dont know how they found that out but I know kiana knows how because shes frozen right now. 

(kiana POV) 

Shit shitty shit shit. 

justin:well...are you gonna tell me..its obvious you know. 

kiana:wait wouldnt you know if jake told you. 

justin:no jake only said chaz was hurting you and jake knew why? 

kiana:ok.ok. I dont know how but...chaz had the letter brea gave you. I dont know how he got it but he did and he used it to black mail you. He said hed leak it if I didnt do what he said. Thats why I dated him earlier.  

Justin looked expressionless. Just like chaz looked when he was pissed uh oh. 

justin:why didnt you tell me this before..I could have helped you- 

kiana:but you couldnt justin! Jake said the same thing and you know what happened..I got beat..by chaz. He told you and you punched chaz and so my ass was whooped..not only did he break a promise by telling someone but chaz said if I told...hed leak it and I didnt want that for you. 

Justin:then why did you tell jake. 

kiana:I didnt tell anyone..not even him...jake found out on his own. 

justin:I dont understand wh- 

kiana:you dont have to b- 

I had a in coming call from the police station.

p-we would like to inform you that your restraining order is now in use and chaz is aware of it. He can nor be in the same room in within 10 ft of you. 

k-does that mean that hes not going in. 

p-yes..he said that he was attacking as an act of defense from you and we have no evidence or bysranders to tell us otherwise. 

I ran my hand theough my hair in frustration.

I hung up and looked at a curious justin. 

kiana:hes not going to jail. 

justin immediatley stood up. 

justin:WHAT......but he stabbed you kiana. 

kiana:yea but he also told the police rhat it was an act of self defense. 

justin:that bastard.

I was interrupted by his phone ringing and he went pale. 

justin:I lost 1000 followers on twitter already and....scooter wants to talk.....to both of us.
