(Kiana POV)

I've been living in canada with kayla for 5 months now and its been good yea but I still miss being able to go ses my brother or drive tk mh boyfriends house. Kaylas been super buisy with winter photoshoots cause christmas is in 2 weeks and ive been having concerts. Jake cam and visited last month but hes been super buisy with filming his new movie in cali. Right now im on the phone with justin.

j-so he hasnt been around you.

k-no not at all..what about you.

j-no..maybe hes finally given up.

k-its chaz justin...he never gives up.

j-yea..im just glad people boughr the whole crazy fan thing...now I have all my beliebers back.

k-yea but whats gonna happen in the future justin...when she older and you'd have to tell the public.

j-we will know when we get there.

I sighed.

k-so who are you taking to the billboard awards.

j-my mom.

I laughed but then realised he wasnt laughing.

k-oh your serious.

j-well yea..im not dating anyone so.

k-what about kayla.

The line was silent.

j-i have to go into rehersals.

I couldnt even say it because he hung up. Right now kayla is at a shoot while im about to just go out for a walk.

-Next Day-

I heard a knock on the door. I walked over and opened it up...to see jake. I was about to hug him when he stopped me.

kiana:wh-

jake:jadas in trouble.

kiana:what do you mean.

jake: I mean she was at justins house then he called me saying shes missing. We're trying to keep it out of the media so that it doesnt cause a problem..thats why we havent told police. I needed to come and tell you in person.

Kiana:no no..this is exactly what I didnt want...I knew things were tok good to be true...well...wheres justin.

jake looked down

kiana:please jake tell me....this is my brother we're talking about.

jake:...h-he went after chaz.

I hit my head on the wall.

I stormed into justins house..looking for anything that might tell me where he is...yup I flew back to la. I knew I should've never left but this is what I get for not making my own gut feeling decisions. I tried calling justin. No answer. Pattie was already blowing up my phone and so was dad and kayla..all of them were worried and I dont blame them. Jake went to look around town for justin. I finally gave up and called chaz.

c-so I guess the restraining order does work on the phone.

k-where are they.

k-cut the crap chaz I know..everything...and im coming fir them so let them go now or else.

c-puh-lease......kiana ive always wanted to win... and now I feel like I am. Be at the alley by the park in 20. Of you domt make it.

Then the line cut off. I ran..I ran all the way to my car. The alley by the park..thats halfway across town. I starter speeding and going way over the limit. I had 10 more minutes to get there. I saw police behind me but I couldnt stop. I finallh lost them at a turn. 5 more minutes. I finally got there and ran to the alley. 3 minutes. Then I heard it....the gun shot...I went aroumd the corner just to ses justin falling to the floor..gripping his side. Chaz and his friends smirked as they ran. I looked at justin as I called the police who came and took him to the hospital...but I just sat there crying my eyes out. This is all because of me...everything happened so fast and came at me so fast. Now I dont know if im gonna loose my brother. I just sat there crying and talking to myself.

kiana:I still had 1 more minute.
