Rylyn's POF
Everyone left. I looked at the front door. The cabin was low, all the windows faced the sea. Rough grey walls with seashells stuck in. "Well this is my new home better make the best of it." I walk in - expecting many half siblings - but it was dark, no one around. I turn on the light. Two bunks were occupied, one had a picture sticking out of it. I went over and grabbed the photo. I studied the picture, I don't know why, maybe just hoping I could find some answers. "HEY!" I jump. "What are you doing?!" I look at the boy with sea eyes.
"I'm sorry..." I held out the picture for him to take. He rips it out of my hand. "Now go back to your cabin." He looks down at the photo . "Who do you think you are taking people's stuff?!"
I sit on a bed
"I said get out."
"My name is Rylyn." I say still half scared. Why was he so angry yet sad, I already apologized.
"Yea and my name is Percy but I need you to get out!"
I stand again, "Well Percy, I can't leave you see, I'm daughter of Poseidon and Chiron told me this was now my new home." I wasn't confident that would work I stuttered a bit and was still a little shaky.
His mouth dropped. "So you're, like, my half sister. I've never had a half sister before... only Tyson."
I looked at Percy. Two half brothers huh? This is going to take some time getting use to. He offered me a seat and luckily he had been here for a long time. Percy explained so much to me. He apologized that he got so angry with me. Apparently that picture was him and his girlfriend, Annabeth. I told him about my past and he told me about his. I thanked him, grabbed my backpack and left the cabin. I ran to the stables, sure to find Conor. "Conor?" Rainbow was standing in front of me. I had learned I could speak to horses "Rainbow, where is Conor?" I asked.
He's at the lake, Miss!
I'm still kind of impressed I can speak to this horse. But instead of fantasizing over that I ran to the lake. Conor was with some of his brothers and sisters. So I decided to go to the most hidden part of the lake and dive in. Percy taught me so much. I used all my might and made a bubble around me, I was still dry and so was my bag. I kept my watch out just so I could keep track of time and pulled out a book to read in my bubble.
