Alan's Point of View

Me and Oliver were playing tennis outside when suddenly a car pulled in the house that was for sale next door. We stopped playing to see who our new neighbors would be.

I was in shock when I saw the prettiest girl ever in my life. She was short, not that short maybe 5'4. She had dark brown straight hair that reached to her waist. She was skinny, she even wore glasses which made her look even more beautiful. I was having my moment till Oliver had to come and ruin it.

"Hey bro sierra la boca que se te va entrar una mosca." I heard my brother say.

"Shut up Oli." I said with a glare.

" What are u even looki"......He trailed of when he saw the girl.

"Back off, I saw her first." I quickly told him. He just held his hands up in defense while laughing.

When I turned back around she wasn't there anymore so I decided to go up to my room. When I was just entering my room I saw her leave.

'She probably picked that as her room' I said to myself.

"Yes!" I say out loud. I then heard my mom call me. " Alan vamos a conocer a nuestros nuevos vecinos."

" Ya voy ma." I say as I am rushing down the stairs ready to see her again. When we got to her house my mom knocked on the door. I was kinda nervous in meeting her I have never felt like this before. You can call me stupied or anything but I think I like her already.

Yamilet's p.o.v.

I was upstairs unpacking when I heard the doorbell ring. My mom told me to get it. I quickly ran downstairs and opened the door.
'OMG' I thought to myself, it was that cute guy from next door. I greeted all of them and told them to come in and have a seat. Seconds later my mother and my sister Jackie came down. My mom told me and Jackie to take the boys with us and play or talk to get to know each other better, so we did.

I was excited because I would finally get to know him better but for some reason I was also shy around him. First we all played a game then Jackie and Oliver started talking to each other which just left me and Alan in complete silence. Then I started up a conversation.....

"So how old are you??" I asked him.

"Umm I'm actually 17 years old. How 'bout you??" He asked right back.

"That's cool, me too." I said

After a while of talking we started to know each other better. I noticed him staring at me and just to tease him I told him "take a picture It'll last longer". He started blushing putting his head down then said "sorry its just that your so cute.". His  compliment made me blush. He noticed then said "You look even cuter when u blush". I thanked him then we continued to talk and he told me he liked to sing and that he played the guitar.

"I like to sing and dance too." I told him. "Really, maybe you can give me some dance classes since I want to learn how to dance" he said.

"okay just tell me when and where we'll start our classes" I told him giggling

Time went by so fast that I didn't even realize it was getting late till my mom called us to go inside because it was time for him to leave. Before he left he hugged me and I hugged him back and we both said bye to each other.

Today was an awesome day I met the cute boy from next door and we got to know more about each other. Who knows I might find love again and move on from......Yovani
