Full Moon

"We're home!" Taylor announces, walking into the house.

"Great." Derek mutters. "Why are you guys home so late it's only an hour till the moon comes out."

"We went out to eat for a long time." Erica shrugs.

"Well, you guys are lucky you came before the full moon." He warns.

"Oh god Derek, I know better than to not return your betas before full moon." Taylor scoffs, rolling her eyes.

"I know." He nods.

"Alright guys, well, I got these special chains for you." Derek says, giving Isaac a waist chain with a nail in it, Boyd the same one, and Erica a headband with a nail in it.

"God." Boyd gulps.

They all traveled to the bus and Taylor sat on one of the seats, "Your not going to chain me this full moon?"

"No, I guess it's safe to say you have your vampire changing crap under control." He shrugs.

She nods and watches as he takes the headband from Erica. "You ready?" He asks her.

"Ready." She hesitantly nods.

"Isaac, hold her down." Derek instructs.

Isaac does as told and holds her down. Taylor goes next to the little group and watches catefully. "So why does she get the headband thingy?" Isaac inspects.

"Because she can withstand more pain than the both of you." Derek answers, as Taylor lets out a light laugh.

"Don't worry Erica, I had that the last full moon I spent with Derek. I mean, it hurt like a bitch but, it protected you from hurting the ones you love." Taylor assures her.

She nods and Derek put the band on her head and starts twisting the nail into Erica's head.

She starts screaming in pain and Taylor wiffs the scent of blood. Her eyes widen and her throat begins to burn more and more.

"I need you to chain down Isaac." Derek says throwing her a chain since she's at the front of the bus.

She gulps and Isaac walks towards her. He slides into the seat in front on her and she looks down. She puts the chain around his waist and looks him in the eye, "I'm really sorry about this."

"You have to do what you have to do." He shrugs.

"If it hurts, just take it out on my arm." She tells him.

He nods and she takes a deep breath before screwing the bolt into him where he starts yelping and clutching her arm tightly. She finally finishes doing that and Derek puts a few chains around his wrists.

What Taylor didn't want to admit, is that Isaac's blood smelt more appealing than any person's ever before. She absolutely wanted to have his blood, it smelt like your favorite meal. Like, a drug.

"How do you not feel it?" Isaac asks as he feels the moonlight touching a bit of his skin.

"You feel every second of it." Derek answers, tightening the chains.

"Then how do you control it?!" He interrogates.

"An anchor. You have to think if something that's meaningful to you, that'll calm you down." Derek explains.

"What's yours?" Isaac questions.

"Anger.. But, it doesn't have to be that for everyone." Derek assures him.

Taylor massages her arm, listening to the conversation they're having of course, avoiding the growling coming from the back of the bus. "You mean Scott?" Isaac inspects.

"Yeah." Derek nods, and they leave the bus.

Banging and growling errupts from the bus and Derek and Taylor's eyes widen. "Scott, can you call me back? I think I'm going to need some help." Derek speaks into the phone.

Another loud bang comes from the bus and Derek nods, "Yeah, I'm definitely going to need some help."

"That's what I'm here for." Taylor smirks, cracking her knuckles and traveling back onto the bus.

They both dodge Isaac's grasp for them and they notice they've all have golden eyes and have turned into wolves. Derek does the same and Taylor's eyes become red and her fangs start showing and she hisses at the two in the back who are stribing to kill the two of the people.

Erica pulls the chains off of her and so does Boyd. Erica runs at Taylor and Taylor grabs her shoulder and throws punches at her. Isaac jumps out the bus window and Taylor gasps at his sudden movement. She returns back to Erica and chains her back.

Boyd starts going towards Derek but, at sudden suprise, Isaac jumps back on the bus and holds Boyd down.

Derek and Taylor's jaws drop and Derek elbows Erica in the face since she got back out of the chains. Isaac looks up and nods at Derek and Derek returns the nod.

"W-what in the- how in the hell?" Taylor arches one eyebrow up.

After Derek finishes re-chaining the two furious betas, he goes over to Isaac and does the same. "It looks like you've found an anchor."

"My dad." Isaac says.

"Your dad locked you in a fridge, in the basement downstairs as punishment." Derek inquires.

"Yeah.. I'm used to it." He shrugs.

Derek nods and walks off the bus, leaving Taylor alone with the three betas she was asked to watch for full moon. "How'd you do it?"

"How'd I do what?" Isaac questions.

"Lie to Derek." She says.

"What do you mean?" Isaac gulps.

"Your dad isn't you anchor, you'd get as furious at them two if he was you anchor. Who was it?" She tells him.

"No one." He shakes his head.

"That's a lie, I can hear your heart racing." She said.

"It's this girl I like.. She gets me calm even though I don't know her too much." He answers.

"What's her name?" Taylor asks. Taylor secretly has a crush on Isaac and it kind of sucked for her to figure out he has a crush and she couldn't help but feel a tiny bit jealous.

"Um, you'd laugh." He mutters, scratching his face where his wolf hair rests.

"I wouldn't laugh at you dude, just tell me her name, please." She begs.

"You'll regret knowing." He informs her.

"I don't care." She shrugs.

"It's you, alright. I like you, you were ny anchor." He mumbles.

She freezes and look at him. She was in the seat next to him and their eyes are strongly lockes while the two other betas watch intently and managably quite at the scene.

"But, I know it's stupid because a pretty girl like you would never like a guy like me." He sighs.

She cups his cheek and moves closer to him, "How do you know?"

Before he can speak, their lips connect and swiftly move in motion. Growls once more come from the back and she flinches away from him.

"You realized you just kissed me while I was still in wolf form, right?" He laughs.

"You realized that you just kissed me while I was still in vampire form, right?" She turns the table.

"I'm not gonna lie though, it was pretty awesome kissing a wolf." She shrugs, placing one last kiss on his lips.

"I can say the same for kissing a vampire as well."
