The Hoods submarine moved away from the Chinese coast line as it left the GDF behind and made it's way deep underwater, the Hood walked through the corridors of the submarine until he was in the main control room where a screen was showing a news report,
"Solar Sciences have unveiled their new project today in a press conference to all world nations, Project: Solar Eclipse will be the worlds only power source when the project is completed by 2019, no more details were shared to the public but it has become the talk of the world as nation leaders scramble to configure there countries for the new project..." the news reports says before the Hood smirks and turns the screen off as Mullion enters the room,
"is it in place?" the Hood asks
"yes sir, the laser is mounted and ready for use" Mullion says
"excellent, set course for our new destination of the English Channel" the Hood says before turning towards Transom
"Right away sir" Mullion says before heading towards the controls
"Transom, for the next stage of my plan to work I need you to send something out to the news organisations of the world" the Hood says
"what is it sir?" Transom asks
"it's simple, send out an anonymous source of information that tells about the codes Tracy Enterprises had and how easy they were to take, also send out what ever other information you can find that can be used to incriminate the Tracy's" the Hood explains
"what will this do sir? If I may ask" Transom asks
"my true target is near completion as we speak but to gain access to it I need some things first, this laser we now have will help us in the matter and my first target cannot be just blown out of the sky, no we need to create a bit of chaos across the world before we do that" the Hood explains
"blown out of the sky?" Transom asks
"don't worry about that for now Transom, for now send out the information and we will watch as the Tracy family falls and the world chases after them" the Hood says as Transom begins typing away on the computer in front of her, the Hood moving to take a seat in the middle of the room.
As the Hood waits for the next stage of his plan to begin he can't help but smirk, everything was falling into place and soon the Tracy's and the world would be at his knees and nothing could stop him, not International Rescue, not the GDF, not any world government, no for this time the Hood was ahead of them all,
"Sir, I've sent the information to every news organisation across the world" Transom says
"excellent, Mullion head to the South Pacific before heading towards England" the Hood orders
"yes sir" Mullion says before changing course
"where are we going sir?" Transom asks
"nowhere important, just a place to give the media a bit of a push in the right direction, be sure to have to the laser ready by the time we arrive, we're going to need it for this to work" the Hood says with a smirk as the submarine heads in the direction of the South Pacific, yes indeed the Hoods plan was coming together and the next stage had now begun.
