No, ghosts do not age.
It highly unlikely that your sister is haunting you.
There is a rule my Father has; aborted and miscarried babies didn't deserve to be killed/die. He takes pity on their spirits and send them straight through for rebirth.
He hates everything to do with abortions and feels the pain of a miscarried child. He cares for then more than me.
It is not your sister if you are being haunted. Add far who it is; I do not know.
