Liam's POV

I walk, more like limp into school and see Mason. As I get to him he notices my movements. "Dude what happened?"

"I had a run in with our history teacher and a few of his friends last night, but don't worry I am healing" I explain what happened and what they said to me.

"that sucks, Scott told me to tell you to meet up by the buses as soon as you get here" he says but I see Cassie by her locker

"um, give me a second" I walk away and start to reach Cassie as I lean against the locker next to her and groan at the shot of pain by my side

"are you okay?" she asks concern and I just nod as I stare at her eyes. "Are you sure?" she asks again and I love how she worries about me

"I am fine, just tripped over myself leaving your house last night" I console her worry thoughts as I lean closer

"Liam, not here in front of everyone. We haven't even talked about what we are" She says leaning away and I pout. "Don't pout, its too cute" she smiles

"fine, but later can I walk you home?" I ask

"I will do you one better, if we both make the team, I will let you kiss me, but till the postings are up..." she slowly kisses my cheek teasing me. She giggles and walks away. I stand there alone for a few seconds as I feel a tap on my shoulder

"lets go loverboy, fill me in later" Mason drags me towards the packs getting spot by the buses.

"War? what does that even mean?" Kira asks

"That they want to cuddle, what else could it mean?" Stiles says sarcastically and I can't help to laugh

"I say we hunt them before they can hunt us, kill them off, put them out of play, destroy the--" Malia starts but gets cut off by Scott

"Malia, we can't just go around killing these people, we need to defend ourselves, killing is a last resort"

"Fine" she scoffs

"What about now? We just wait?" I ask

"Yes, go have a normal day. See you guys later" Scott says as we all begin to pack our stuff and as we all one by one depart. "hey Liam, wait here with me" Scott adds stopping me in my tracks

"Scott I am fine, I already healed" I say lifting my shirt showing no sign of injury

"Who is the girl? I can smell her on you" he says and I just look him at the eyes

"Cassie, but don't worry I haven't told her anything" I say nervous he was mad

"you are holding back" he says and I was hoping he didn't notice "Liam..."

"Yesterday during soccer tryouts when we were warming up, coach made us run laps and we were racing, she was out running me and I was running fast, supernatural fast" I say scared of what he might say

"werewolf?"

"no, but whatever she is, she doesn't know." I assure him

"we have to figure it out and make sure she doesn't hurt anyone ok?"

"ok"

"See you later and be safe" he says and turns to walk with Kira.

Cassie's POV

History class just finished and Liam was super agitated during the whole period. "did I do something?" I ask scared that I angered him this morning

"what? no. why?"

"you just seem a little aggravated"

"I just don't like history, it bores me" he says smiling and walk closer to him

"well maybe I can tutor you" I whisper in his ears and I here him groan

"stop teasing me" he pouts and I giggle "besides if you were my tutor we wouldn't be studying" he winks

"oh really, who says I will let that happen" I say acting sternly

"well, maybe you will be weak when I do something like this..." he says before smashing our lips together in the deserted hallway. At first I am shocked but after a few seconds I kiss back and it feels amazing. I wrap my arms around his neck as he holds on to my waist. He softly pushes me against a locker and holds me closer to his body.

"Maybe you are right" I say breathing heavily after the kiss and he just lets a breath out with a smile. "Posting are up by now" I say and we just stand there.

"no matter what, we are gonna be the same" he says softly

"yea"

"promise?"

I kiss him softly "promise"

"I thought you weren't gonna kiss me before postings?" he says smirking and I just giggle and let out a soft shut up

"WE MADE IT!" I scream in excitement and I jump on him, hugging him roughly. We made it, thank God, but so did Mike and some of his friends. We are a good team, but we won't win unless they put aside the fact that I am a girl.

"Can we talk?" Liam asks and I walk with him into a janitor closest

"whats up?"

"now that you are on the team you have to be more careful, these guys don't like you already" he says seriously and I can tell he is nervous. I grab his arm and slowly rub up and then, I can feel his muscles, they are pretty big for a 16 year old and they are really tense as if he was scared for me, which is adorable.

"Liam, I am fine, I promise" I smile and kiss his cheek. We walk out the closet without anyone noticing, no need for rumors. Then he slowly reaches for my hand, almost as if asking for approval. I blush and interlock our fingers. We walk away from the crowd of angry losers who didn't make the team. I suddenly begin to hear someone...

"the beta is strong, it took all three of us to take him down. Imagine the alpha, the true alpha may I add" I recognize the voice as my history teacher but he is no where to be found

"hey you okay?" Liam asks concern

"perfect, now how about you walk me home" I smile dodging the question and he nods texting Scott that he won't need a ride today. We may or may not have kissed a few times before separating at my doorstep.

A/N: Hope you guys liked the chapter, just a question and please someone answer, do you guys think it will be okay to, and this is future wise, have a smut scene? It wont be like every chapter and it will be longer in the future??????? Please comment yes or no!!!!!!!
