Hey guys, welcome to my cover shop. Please read all of the directions and fill in all of required information before requesting a cover. If you don't fill out the following information, I may not be able to create a cover for you or your cover may not convey your ideas properly. A credit in the description is appreciated, but not required.
Required Information.
Title: (Example; Two Left Feet)
Author: (Example; Leigh Daniels)
Summary/description of story: (Example; Janice is a young woman with a big dream. Since her childhood, she's always wanted to achieve her goal of becoming a graceful dancer under the spotlight. She faces challenges along the way as anyone would expect, but few dancers make it to the highest levels of classical ballet.
Story genre: (Examples; Drama, Romance)
Mood: (Examples; Happy, Playful, Romantic)
Time setting: (Example; Modern)
Optional Information
Sub-title/ Quotes/ or Phrases (Example; If the shoe doesn't fit, don't wear it.)
Link to resource (If you have a specific image you would like me to use) Note; the picture(s) must be high quality, not fuzzy or blurry . Also they may not always be used.
Specific Ideas: (Example; "Maybe a collage type cover, if you could include a ballerina and maybe a couple sharing a kiss. That would be great.") Note; please don't be too specific. I more than likely won't be able to make the perfect cover you have in your mind. For example, "I want a woman with blonde hair making a peace sign with one hand and holding two red and three blue balloons in the other while standing it front of the Statue of Liberty being attacked by rainbow colored monkeys". You get the idea (I hope)!
