Kathy's POV:
I was in so much pain but I was so excited at the same time. Justin seemed frantic and more scared than I was. "Justin you're stressing me out calm down!"
"I'm sorry. I just don't want anything to go wrong." He pushed me in the doors of the emergency room.
"What the problem?" The nurse asked running up to me.
"I'm going into labor!" I yelled. She took the wheel chair out of Justin hands. He followed close behind her.
"Is this the father?"
"Yes!" I yelled still in so much pain. It was hard not to just start uncontrollably screaming. Even when the cars collided I wasn't in this much pain. The nurse got us in a room.
"How far apart are the contractions?"
"One just ended. I'm not quite sure when it started."
"Guess then."
"The first one was right now. I haven't had another one."
"Press the nurse button when you feel another one."
"Okay."
"Kathy, what do you want me to do?" Justin asked sounding extremely calm compared to how e sounded last time he spoke.
"I want you to text Jillian." He grabbed his phone.
J: Kathy is going into labor!
J:on my way!
J:we are at Methodist
J:I assumed. Should I pick up your parents and Kathy's mom?
J: yes! Thank you so much. We are in room 214
J: okay I'll let you know when I get here.
J:okay bye.
"I texted her." Justin said.
"Okay just come here and hold my hand." I demanded. He quickly walked up and held my hand. I started clicking the nurse button u felt it. It was like period cramps times 100.
"Kathy. Do you want morphine?" The nurse asked kindly considering I was screaming. I violently nodded yes. I was clenching Justin's hand. He looked like I was hurting him.
"Justin? Are you okay? Am I hurting you?" I asked sniffling and about to cry from pain.
"No, I'm fine. Are you sure you are okay though?" Before I answered I saw Jillian rum into the room.
"Justin I called you like a billion times! I brought parents. Kathy I lied to get back here." Jillian gasped exhausted. Justin leaned in to me to say something and didn't. I was teary eyed and he was holding me all I could see was his w with a slash through it tattoo behind his ear. "Kathy I can sit with you uo there wen you start giving birth so Justin can assist the doctors."
"I would love that. Justin are you okay with that?"
"Yeah." He smiled and I couldn't help but smile back.
"Are you read to be a daddy?" Jillian teased Justin.
"Yep, are you ready to be an aunt?" Justin asked seriously.
"100 million times yes!" She smiled.
"I'm so glad you're both having so much fun!" I screamed.
"Kathy calm down! If you yell nothing will be better." Jillian scolded. I smacked her! She went to raise her hand to me and Justin grabbed her wrist. He looked pissed that she'd ever smack me wile I was going through contractions.
"You both are freaking me out stop arguing." I scolded.
"If everyone is going to argue, Jillian you can wait in the waiting room." Justin suggested.
"I'm done. I won't argue i want to be here for my best friend." Jillian sighed.
"Jill, can you step in the hall for a minute?" I asked softly. She nodded and left. "Justin, i'm sorry."
"For what?"
"That all this time i didn't tell you."
"Didn't tell me what? Kathy, you're scaring me.."
"Jillian was in love with you. That's why we weren't talking and that's why i didn't swerve when the car hit Kellin's."
"I don't care that she liked me. I am in love with you. And what do you mean you didn't swerve?"
"I could've not got hurt. I wanted to snap myself out of think about you leaving me and out of the corner of my eye i saw the car coming. I didn't swerve, at first then i thought about all the people it would devastate if anything happened to Kellin."
"You mean you hurt yourself on purpose?"
"No, not exactly."
"I can't look at you right now. I can't love someone who would try to kill the love of my life. How can that person be the love of my life at the same time though?"
"I wasn't try to hurt myself i just wasn't trying to save myself. I cared to much about you to leave you."
"Kathy, how could you?"
"I didn't mean to hurt anybody, and i didn't hit another car."
"What if you would've lost the baby?"
"I didn't know i was pregnant I wasn't thinking about children."
"So I was wait for you at our spot waiting to propose when you were trying to decide whether or not you wanted to live?"
"No I always wanted to live."
"I'm confused."
"I was trying to decide whether or not i was okay with having you and Jillian in my life. I lost control at the thought of loosing either one of you." Justin hugged me and held me until the next contraction started.
"Kathy?" Jillian asked poking her head in the door. I waved her in. "Justin, i'm sorry this is going to be really awkward, but i told Kathy I used to be in love with you."
"I know, i don't care let's just not talk about it." Justin sighed.
"CALL THE NURSE!" I screamed. Justin started rapidly clicking the nurse button. Jillian ran in the hallway and screamed for a doctor. I was now in excruciating pain. All i could think of was if i would've died in the car accident. Then i felt the nurse's hand on my arm.
"Kathrine? What's wrong?" She asked panicky.
"I can feel it."
"Fell what?"
"It."
"Be more specific."
"I can feel the.."
"Is it time?" Justin asked. I nodded.
"Time for the.." The nurse paused.
"Time for what?" Jillian asked.
"The baby." Justin smiled. He grabbed my hand. We nodded in agreement.
"Am I not in on some secret code?" Jillian asked.
"We are just mentally preparing for our child." Justin answered.
