"Axel we have to run," I told the blue eyed, dark red haired guy. He looked at me still not comprehending what was happening, I knew what was happening I was worried. "Axel snap out of it!" I yelled in his face, I then started to see them walking through the burning village. Worry pricked my stomach, "AXEL!" He was still standing there, statue-like. Oh no, oh no I thought. "UGH," I groaned as I grabbed his hand and started running, magically he started to run....
Axel POV
What happened? I thought "AXEL!" I heard Violet yell muffled, I looked down at her worried grey eyes and purple to pink ombré hair. I tried to say something but my mouth was sealed shut, I was standing there like a statue trying to understand what happened, why the village was on fire. Then Violet grabbed my hand and we started running, "Axel? Are you ok? You spaced out..." Violet focused on my eyes hard. "Y-yeah of course, I was just...thinking." I replied, "Well now is not the time Axel." She acted annoyed but I could tell she was worried. "There, I think we're safe, let's make camp." Violet said without breaking a sweat, "How can you run for miles without breaking any sweat?" I panted, as we stopped in a little plain with a pond and cave with the forest surrounding us. "It's second nature for me to run, I've done it my whole life." She responded as she took off her backpack and started to set up her tent. I did the same, "Hey let's go get fire wood," said Violet, "Okay," I said, we started off into the forest. She started to climb a tree to look for loose branches I scrounged the ground fallen ones. "MIP" I hear Violet whisper-scream, I also hear branches breaking as I turn around and see her falling.
Violet POV
I was pretty high in the tree when I saw the beehive, I slowly started to climb away but missteped and started to fall, I wasn't thinking clear because I was in shock of the village. Normally I would've grabbed a tree branch and saved myself, I would do that all the time but instead I crossed my arms and hoped I magically wouldn't fall. I could feel myself getting closer to the ground when I was suddenly stopped, someone had caught me. I opened one glued shut eye, I realized that Axel was holding me bridal style, "Uhh thanks," I said as I got down, I felt my ears showing, I slapped my hands over them, No one must know.. I thought. "Is something wrong...?" Axel asked, Shoot I thought, " Oh! No nothing's wrong," I swept my hair over my ears and grabbed some of the branches I brought down with me. "I'm gonna start the fire," I said casually, " Ok," Axel said as I headed back to the camp. As I was setting up the fire I saw something unusual, I started to grab my sword but I felt a sharp pain hit my head, then blackout.
Axel POV
I was walking back to camp and I saw it happen Violet got knocked out, I grabbed my sword....
