The beat of my heart started to race
As I came back to our special place
Our memories that I treasure
And your smiles that I longed for
Those moments I value are all made here
In this very hill that I stand
We meet and say goodbye
Till the next day we meet to see each other's eyes
Truths we tell the lies untold

As the sun sinks my eyes begin to water
As I soon remember that I am now alone
For now that you have left the world
To spread your wings and fly to heaven
My tears I dry as I remember
The words you once told me
That I need not to cry
But smile instead.
Not to feel pain
But to laugh again.
These moments I spend may not be with you
But I will keep the promise
And hold this within.
My feelings I never told
Those letters wrote with names untold
I send those ones in balloons to float
Wherever you are and whatever it may be
I will hope that it reaches the deity
To grant my small request
Of finally giving the name
Of the only one who said
"I'm in love with you".
The longing confession of the grieving heart
To hope it's not to late to tell you my love.
We will meet again
Soon enough will be
I'll get to see those eyes again
The ones that gleam with light and life
The voice that sings from high above
A heart not stained of sorrow and darkness
A being with wings and walks on earth.
The little angel I have met and now miss
It felt like time pushed me in an abyss.
I never would have expected that
You'd spread your wings before I had mine
To fly away and to forever say goodbye
And that I feared the most from time to time
To lose this person who makes me smile
To lose my light and plunge back to darkness
To lose my joy and go back to sadness.
