I haven't talked to Chris since the night of the after party when I could have been rapped by that one dude until he came and saved me. I can't get the image of him pounding on the guy it was scary I know I should say thank you to him, but I couldn't just yet I been advoiding him since then it hasn't been the same without speaking to him. I actually missed Chris especially the kinky sex we be having but that doesn't matter. It was almost close to our vacation from school I really needed it since all this crazy stuff was happening.

I was walking when I bumped into someone they was muscular too so I fell on my butt, but I realize who it was when I looked up he helped me up.

"Um... Sorry " Chris said rubbing his hand in his hair.

I didn't know what to say so I just looked at the ground it was awkward. I start walking off until felt an hand grabbing my arm making me stop in tracks. I didn't wanna look at him so I stayed focus on the ground while he talked.

"Emily what's wrong? Why are you avoiding me?" he said in a worried voice.

"I just need ... I don't know when I saw you beating that dude up *sniff* well I wonder why you did it.." I said as tears fell from my face.

" I attacked him cause he was trying to hurt you am I wrong for that?" he said looking a little hurt by what I said.

"No your not wrong, but thank you if it wasn't for you I could have been you know."

"Yeah I know. Are you going to stop avoiding me now?"

"Yes Chris."

After I said that he lift my chin up with his finger and pecked me on the lips that I missed. I felt a little stupid for being mad because he beat a dude up who could have hurt me.

*Next day at lunch*

I was back at lunch since me and Chris talked about what had happened everyone was at the table eating and laugh until we got on the vacation subject.

"What you doing for the 4 months vacation Lah?" James asked.

"I'm going to go shopping and chill at the hotel maybe when party." she said to everybody.

Jane's asked everyone what they was doing for vacation and when he asked me I just lowered my head. This not how I wanted to tell them.

"I'm going to be um.. going out of town to visit my cousins and them." I replied nervously.

I didn't know how they was going to take it especially Chris but he seemed shocked, it was quiet for a while then the bell rang announcing lunch was over. Chris haven't talked to me since lunch I think he mad but for what I ain't his girl though. The rest of the day dragged by it was boring but mostly awkward. I was walking home when I heard someone yelling my name I stopped and looked to find Chris in his car following me, I walked over to see what he want.

"Get in the car Emily." he said.

"No thanks I'm fine walking." I replied.

"Please I just want to talk to you." he begged.

I got in the car we drove to my house in mostly silent we had a few little conversation. We arrived in my driveway 10 minutes later, I was about to get out the car before Chris grabbed my arm and made me look at him. He got out the car and came to open my door for me then I start walking to the door until he called my name.

"Emily.."

"Yes Chris "

"I can't get a hug or a thank you know? "

"Um.. Thank you." I said half irritated.

I walked over to where he was and then gave him a hug when I was about to let go I found myself kidding him. It wasn't a peck it was like a long passionate kiss, I pulled back and walked into the house.

What a weird day..........
