Introduction

A long time ago Shifu made the decision to take in a baby snow leopard called Tai Lung. Shifu loved Tai Lung more than anything in the world. He trained him and loved him and saw much greatness in him. As Tai Lung got older he turned darker on the inside, he wanted the Dragon Scroll but Oogway knew he was not the one who deserved its power. Oogway ended up banishing Tai Lung to Chorh-Gom Prison. To this day that is where Tai Lung stays. It broke Shifu's heart to send his son off. It did great damage to him. Shifu wasn't one to give up though. Later on Shifu adopted a little girl Tiger. Her name was Tigress. She was considered a monster at the orphanage. Shifu was the only one who wasn't afraid of her. Shifu ended up adopting her and bringing her home so he could continue teaching her kung fu and helping her to grow. The only problem with that was, Tigress reminded Shifu so much of Tai Lung. She was just like Tai Lung as a child. Sweet and innocent. Tigress was more caring and had a bigger heart than Tai Lung so Shifu and Oogway knew she wouldn't turn out cold hearted. Things didn't stay so sweet and innocent for long though. Working with Tigress really started to bother Shifu. He just couldn't keep those awful memories out of his head and it was starting to depress him. It started to bother Tigress as well. She felt like Shifu loved Tai Lung more than he does her. She felt like she was bringing him nothing but pain. She felt like he didn't appreciate her like he did Tai Lung. Tigress began to get jealous and heart broken by this. In the beginning moving in with Shifu seemed like a wonderful idea. Now who knows where this was going to lead.
