Kidnapped

Running free

We ran down the stairs, the people chanting, screaming and yelling, it was overwhelming, I looked down and realized that they could mistake any littl children for anyone. There was pictures of us on the walls everywhere, millions of dollars were offered for who found us. "Sickening." Tabatha whined. "Come on let's try and push our way through, keep your head ducked Jake!" I said ducking my head and carrying Alyssa through the crowd pushing everyone and saying, "excuse me," every time I accidentally pushed them to hard. The place was huge, my hands were shaking, anything could happen. Jake was shaky to. So shaky he fell on top of me. He pushed me down. Alyssa hissed, someone looked at us, I was pretty sure Jake was about to pass out again because he was pale. He looked sick. "You kids alright? Sorry if I pushed anyone," she offered a hand, I took her hand. "Come on you'll miss the arriving!" I pulled Jake up and found them looking through the helicopter. They just figured out we'd escaped. "Aww that's a bummer, let's get outta here." Jake whispered in my ear. "Patience," I whispered back slowly moving away from the person, Jake followed eagerly. We were close to the exit. We were about to exit when, security was rushing to block the doors. "Run!" I whispered and ran towards the exit at full speed, I didn't want to use my powers to bolt out of the door because I would have to hold Jake with me plus Tabatha, Alyssa wouldn't be tough to hold though. I was about to bolt out of the door when I heard people yelling, "I'TS THEM! GRAB THEM!" I cursed under my breath. "They know it's us, what now?" Jake asked. "Find a window stupid,"
"Why?"
"So we can get out of here! Do you wanna possibly die?"
"No,"
"Then stop talking and find a window!" I whispered/ yelled. "Fine!" He growled. He looked around, Alyssa jumped off my shoulder and onto a far up window ledge. She turned human. "I'll find a way out!" She mouthed turning quickly back into a cat and jumped out of the window, I was looking around people were starting to run towards us, "Rose?" Tabatha asked turning into a human. "Patience." We stood still, waiting for them to get to us. "Why wait?" Jake asked his face colorless. "Because people think we're killers, right?" Jake nodded his head. "So we're going to become killers!" I grinned. Alyssa cackled. Jake started gaining color in his face. "We're going to kill?" I nodded. The people were inches away. At the same time we all put our hands together, Palm to Palm, stomping out right foot in the ground. We created a barrier around us, making the people that were inches away from us fly through the air, people gave shocked glances. People tried to leave but security wouldn't let them. But yet they were scared of coming near us. I wouldn't blame them though. Spirits surrounded Tabatha, flames arose around Jake causing a fire in the small airport. My vines whipped around scaring people, I had thorns on the end of vines. I slashed at people causing them to bleed out. We weren't hesitating. People wanted to kill us so bad, so why not turn them a favor of us killing them, everyone was dead, there was no home to go to. Why not start a new title? A new name? It'll scare the world, we will tell the world who we are, and we aren't going to stop. Alyssa knocked on the window, the ground started to shake, I felt the power in my veins, my heart felt like it was beating in my throat, the ceiling started to crumble. The screaming, terrified kids, it made me smile, the things in the past had made us all insane, we were grinning, I lifted my head to the sky, taking in all the chaos. The tallest, thickest vines I've ever made summit into the sky. Carrying us through the crumbling building. We all laughed as it was destroyed. Millions of dollars for us. Nah more like billions now, but they don't want to 'keep us safe' anymore, they want to kill us now. "Alyssa?" Alyssa turned her head towards me. "Isn't it peaceful? Being in the sky?" She nodded, taking in a long sigh. "Man, feels like I'm on top the world."
Jake stood up and spread his arms out, "I feel amazing like a bird,"
Tabatha grinned, "like a Phoenix?" We all laughed but Jake, he gave us 
Dirty looks. "Sorry man, but you've gotta admit, that was pretty smooth!" Alyssa said smiling so wide it would seem she have to cut her lips to smile any more. "I could stay up here all day!" I took a deep breath in, "I haven't gotten quality sleep so um good night?" Tabatha looked at the sky it was about mid-day. "Ah good enough!" I said closing my eyes. Soon we were all asleep.
