Chapter 39
*Justin's POV*

Y/N got that off her chest and now i think i should do the same. "Y/N, relationships are all about trust and honesty." She nodded in agreement. "Well, i just. Uh, i just need to say that i know what you're going through." She looked at me dumbfounded. "You don't understand how hard it is to live this life... Everywhere i go, everything i do, every little mistake i make, there's always people watching. I can't have privacy and be myself. The fame, and the money, and the girl's will drive you crazy. And all the 'he said', 'she said', im thinking 'maybe'. I need my yellow raincoat to keep me sane." She knew i was directing this towards 'Yellow Raincoat' and nodded that she understood. "I never showed or told anyone about this. Not even my mom..." I slowly turned my bare right wrist around and i knew she could see them. "You too?" She looked at the scars on my wrists in disbelief. "No, there's no way you would. Why would you?" She asked painfully. "The same reasons as you. Just because im famous, doesn't mean i don't feel emotion or pain. Everything seems fine on the outside, but, the grass isn't always greener on the other side." She then looked back down at my wrists and kissed them the way i did for her. Soon enough, she took no hesitation as she planted her lips on mine. "Let's promise to stay strong for eachother, aye?" I asked her. "Promise, and we'll do it together" she smiled back as we pinky promised.
