*Justin's POV*

"Aw crap Justin. Can you just deliver this kid for me?" "I wish i could babe. I wish i could." Minutes later, y/n contractions start up again. "Okay, y/n we're going to go through the same process." The doctor says and Y/n begins pushing. Momentarily, a tiny little head pops out of her. "It's a girl! Congratulations!" The doctor exclaims. I cut the cord again and a nurse wipes down our new daughter in a pink blanket. She takes her to the scale. "7 lbs 11 oz" she says smiling. She checks her heart, pulse, and everything. "You have a perfectly healthy little girl." She snaps on a bracelet and takes her to the newborn nursery. "NOW it's over." I say to y/n smiling. "We're not doing this again are we?" "Nahh... Only 2 or 3 more?" I asked innocently. "Anything for you i guess." She replies cutely. Y/n and i small talk with the doctor. "Would you like to see them?". "Yes, please!" We say in unison. "Scoot over, wierdo." I tease y/n. We lay in the surprisngly comfy bed together as we wait for our twins to come back. The nurses and doctor come back with our children in there arms. We each get a baby in our arms and are completely mesmirized. "We need you all to sign the birth certificates and verifiy the information. And you need to name your new children."

I look into my sons hazel eyes and i know exactly what to call him. "Derek." I say. "He's a Derek for sure." "I like that name, babe. Yeah.. Baby Derek. Derek Bieber. That's so cute.
